Teacher Development Program, Active Learning Management for Schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study current conditions and desirable conditions of Active Learning management for Schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30 and 2) to developing the teacher development programs for Active Learning management for Schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30. The samples consisted of 327 directors and teachers; determine the size samples using the sizing tables, the samples of Morgan and Krejcie. The research instrument is the questionnaire and Interview. The statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results found that; 1. Current conditions and desirable conditions of Active Learning management for Schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30. Current conditions Overall were moderate and desirable conditions were the highest level. 2. Developing the teacher development programs for Active Learning management for Schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30 consisted of 6 elements including 1) principle, 2) goal, 3) content, 4) development method and 5) Measurement and evaluation.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลมีจำนวน 327 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie และ Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 โดยรวมและเป็นรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 โดยรวมและเป็นรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ผลการพัฒนาโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 พบว่า โปรแกรมพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบดังนี้ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหาและสาระสำคัญ 4) วิธีการพัฒนา 5) การวัดและประเมินผล
