Devloping the Teachers Development Program for Learning Management Based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current condition the desirable condition and the priority needs index of the learning administration management based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in schools under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2) develop guidelines for learning administration management based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in schools under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group consisted of 250 administrators and teachers from 50 schools under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 selected by multi-stage sampling method. Key informants consisted of administrators and teachers from 2 pilot schools and 7 luminaries to assess guideline suitability and guideline possibility. Research instruments were questionnaire, interview form, and assessment form used to assess the guideline suitability and the guideline possibility. Statistics analyzed data consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNImodified. The research result was found that;

1. The administration management of learning based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in schools under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was show the current condition has overall and all aspects were at high levels and the desirable condition has overall and all aspects were at the highest levels. The result of priority needs index analyzed of learning administration management based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 overall after sorting were 1) the objective of learning management, 2) selection of learning resources and resource, and 3) setting content/learning content.

2. The guidelines of learning administration management based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in schools under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 consisted of 5 components, 30 guidelines. The results of the guideline assessment were the guideline suitability has overall were at a high level and the guideline possibility has overall were at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 จำนวน 250 คน จาก 50 โรงเรียน สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนต้นแบบ จำนวน 2 แห่ง และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ผู้ให้การประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง จำนวน 7 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. การบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 มีสภาพปัจจุบัน โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก และมีสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น ของการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 โดยรวม เรียงลำดับตามค่าความต้องการจำเป็น ได้ดังนี้ 1) จุดมุ่งหมายการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) การเลือกแหล่งเรียนรู้และทรัพยากร และ 3) การกำหนดเนื้อหา/สาระการเรียนรู้

2. แนวทางการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ 30 แนวทาง ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของแนวทาง โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
