The Development of Guidelines for Student-Centered Learning Management in Schools under Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area

Abstract

The Development of Guidelines for Student-Centered Learning Management in Schools under Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area” research focused on 1) to study the current conditions the Student-Centered Learning Management in Schools under Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area 2) Development of Guidelines for Student-Centered Learning Management in Schools under Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area by using Research and Development methods devised in 2 phases. The first phase was to study the current conditions and desirable conditions for Student-Centered Learning Management. The samples were 329 primary school teachers determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size calculation formula. This phase’s instruments were approved by 5 specialists. The second phase was to develop the development guideline for Student-Centered Learning Management by studying 2 best. The evaluation by 5 experts selected through the purposive sampling, the instruments were evaluation form on appropriateness and possibility. The statistics for analyses the data included the Index of consistency: IOC, mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, And the priority need of index PNImodified.

The results of research revealed the following:

1. To study the current conditions the Student-Centered Learning Management in Schools under Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area consist of 4 elements such as 1) curriculum analysis, 2) measurement and evaluation, 3) using a variety of teaching styles and techniques for learners. 4) Use of technology media Learning sources and local knowledge in the community in learning management, respectively.

2. การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ ประกอบด้วย 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของครู สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ จำนวน 329 คน โดยการคำนวณจากสูตรของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน และระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ โดยการศึกษาสถานศึกษาที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดีเยี่ยม จำนวน 2 แห่ง โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ประเมินแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความต้องการจำเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของครู สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย 4 ด้าน ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของครู สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ เรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างละพัฒนาหลักสูตร 2) การวัดและประเมินผล 3) การใช้รูปแบบและเทคนิคการสอน 5) การใช้สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ

2. พัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ โดยการเชื่อมโยงองค์ประกอบ ตัวชี้วัดของข้อมูลที่ได้จากการศึกษาเอกสาร แนวคิดทฤษฎี แบบสอบถาม และจากการศึกษาโรงเรียนที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) เพื่อใช้ ออกแบบแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยผ่านการตรวจสอบ และเสนอแนะจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ซึ่งมี 4 ด้าน 27 ตัวชี้วัด โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน พบว่า แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
