Developing the Effective Teamwork Enhancing Program for Teachers Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current state and the desirable state of effective teamwork of teachers under the secondary educational service area office 19, 2) developing the effective teamwork enhancing program for teachers under the secondary educational service area office 19. The research divided into 2 phases, the first phase was to study the current state and the desirable state of effective teamwork of teachers from a sample group of 250 teachers. And the second phase was to develop effective teamwork enhancing program for teachers under the secondary educational service area office 19 by studying best practices from 6 key performances consisted administrators and teachers from 2 pilot schools. Developing the program and presented 7 luminaries to assessed program suitability and program possibility. The statistic used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and priority needs index. The research result was found that: 1. The current state of enhancing the effective teamwork of teachers under the secondary educational service area office 19 overall and all aspects were at moderate levels, and the desirable state overall and all aspects were at high levels. 2. The effective teamwork enhancing program for teachers under the secondary educational service area office 19 consisted of 6 components were program principle, program objective, the content of program, development process, media and equipment used, and evaluation. The result of suitability assessment and possibility assessment of the effective teamwork enhancing program for teachers under the secondary educational service area office 19 by 7 luminaries overall were found that the suitability and the possibility both overall were at high levels.

การวิจัยครั้งมีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพของครู จำนวน 250 คน และระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 โดยศึกษาวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดีจากผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนต้นแบบ จำนวน 6 คน สร้างโปรแกรม แล้วประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1. การเสริมสร้างการทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 มีสภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างการทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ หลักการของโปรแกรม วัตถุประสงค์ของโปรแกรม เนื้อหาของโปรแกรม กระบวนการพัฒนา สื่อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ และการประเมินผล ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 7 คน โดยรวม มีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
