Developing the Teacher’s Learning Management Program Using Brain Based Learning for Schools Under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current state and the desirable state of Brain Based Learning Management of schools under The Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3, 2) develop the teacher’s learning management Program using Brain Based Learning for schools under The Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Research provided to 2 phases, phase 1 to study the current state and the desirable state of Brain Based Learning Management of schools under The Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3 collected data from sample group included 330 teachers under The Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3 by used Krejcie and Morgan table to fix sample size and used Stratified random sampling method, research instrument was questionnaire, phase 2 to develop the teacher’s learning management Program using Brain Based Learning for schools under The Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Key informants consisted of administrators and teachers from pilot schools and 9 luminaries. Research instruments were Semi-structured Interview and program suitability and possibility assessment form. Research Statisticals were percentage, mean, standard deviation and priority needs index. The research result were found that;

1. The learning management using Brain Based Learning of schools under The Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3 has the current state overall was at a moderate level and the desirable state overall was at a high level. The priority needs index of learning management using Brain Based Learning of Schools under The Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3 sorting by means the result were as follow: Conceptual Development Step, Review and Discussion Step, Knowledge Preparation Step, Design and Presentation Step, and the Application Knowledge Step respectively.

2. The teacher’s learning management in Brain Based Learning program of schools under The Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3 consisted of 1) Introduction, 2) Objective, 3) Content, 4) Activity or Program Strategy, 5) Media Material and 6) Measurement and Assessment. The teacher’s learning management in Brain Based Learning program of schools under The Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3 has the suitability assessment and the possibility assessment both overall were at the highest levels.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สมองเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สมองเป็นฐาน สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สมองเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 330 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาโปรแกรมการพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สมองเป็นฐาน สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู โรงเรียนต้นแบบ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สมองเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 มีสภาพปัจจุบัน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สมองเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้าน เรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นได้ดังนี้ ขั้นพัฒนาความคิดรวบยอด ขั้นตรวจสอบและอภิปราย ขั้นเตรียมความรู้ ขั้นออกแบบและนำเสนอความรู้ และขั้นการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ ตามลำดับ

2. โปรแกรมพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สมองเป็นฐาน สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 องค์ประกอบของโปรแกรม ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา 4) กิจกรรมหรือกลยุทธ์ของโปรแกรม 5) สื่อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และ 6) การวัดและประเมินผล ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมการพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สมองเป็นฐาน สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 มีความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
