Teacher Development Program to Enhance Competencies on Mathematics Learning Management based on the Constructivist Theory of Educational Institutions under Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of the research were (1) To study current conditions and desirable conditions of mathematics according to constructivist theory for Maha Sarakham primary school district 2, (2) To develop program improve competency in mathematics learning management according to constructivist theory for Maha Sarakham primary school district 2 including primary school mathematics teacher under Maha Sarakham primary school district 2 at least 1 teacher for each school from 221 schools, Representative group are Maha Sarakham primary school district 2 teacher the number of 141 teacher use collection information tools such as questionnaire, Interview, Performance appraisal form of Suitability and Possibility, Performance appraisal form of Corrective and Benefit, Statistic that use for analysis data are Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation and Priority needs Index.

The results are as followed :

1. At present management of mathematics according to constructivist theory for Maha Sarakham primary school district 2, Overall are at a medium level, Desirable conditions of mathematics according to constructivist theory for Maha Sarakham primary school district 2, Overall are at high level.

2. The develop program improve competency in mathematics learning management according to constructivist theory for Maha Sarakham primary school district 2 contain with 1) principle 2) objective 3) content 4) learning process 5) evaluation, Result show that program overall are suitability and possibility at high level and corrective and benefit are also at high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยมีประชากรได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนคณิตศาสตร์ระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 จำนวนโรงเรียนละ 1 คน จาก 221 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนคณิตศาสตร์ระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 จำนวน 141 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ และแบบประเมินความถูกต้องและความเป็นประโยชน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา 4) กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 5) การประเมินผล ผลปรากฏว่า โปรแกรมฯ มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีความถูกต้องและความเป็นประโยชน์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
