Developing a Program to Enhance Teacher's Competency Teamwork in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32

Abstract

Developing a program to enhance teacher’s competency teamwork in secondary educational service area office 32. The purpose of this research were 1) to study the current state and desirable conditions of teacher’s competency teamwork in secondary educational service area office 32. 2) to develop a program to enhance teacher’s competency teamwork in secondary educational service area office 32. Methodology there were 2 phases included: 1) studying the current state and desirable conditions. The sample were select from principal and chief of the teachers group total 207 people by using Krejcie and Morgan finished table. 2) developing a program to enhance teacher’s competency teamwork in secondary educational service area office 32. 1) to study best practice in 3 excellent schools. The informants included principal and chief of the teacher’s group total 6 people by purposive sampling. 2) Draft the program to enhance teacher’s competency teamwork. 3) Check and confirm accuracy of program by focus group method. The informants included 9 experts by purposive sampling and 4) Suitability and probability assessment of program. The informants included principal and chief of the teacher’s group total 7 people by purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study were structured, evaluation and recording. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and modified priority need index (PNI)

The results of this research were as follows:

1) The results of studied the current state and desirable conditions of teacher’s competency teamwork in secondary educational service area office 32. The current state were at high level in each element. The desirable conditions were at the highest level in each element.

2) The result developing a program to enhance teacher’s competency teamwork in secondary educational service area office 32 were developing a program to enhance teacher’s competency teamwork included 1) principle 2) objectives 3) contents were 5 module were module 1 participation with others for developing education to succeed. Module 2 the role of leader and followers. Module 3 helping and support with colleague. Module 4 adapting with others or various situation. Module 5 encouragement to colleague. 4) The developing methods included self-learning, workshop and study trip. 5) Evaluation included pre- and post-test, attitude and satisfaction evaluation. การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้ากลุ่มงาน รวม 207 คน ได้มาโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูป Krejcie and Morgan ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 ตอนที่ 1 ศึกษา Best Practice ในโรงเรียนที่มีความเป็นเลิศ จำนวน 3 โรง กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้ากลุ่มงาน รวม 6 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ตอนที่ 2 ยกร่างโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู ตอนที่ 3 ตรวจสอบยืนยันความถูกต้องของโปรแกรม โดยวิธีการ Focus group กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และตอนที่ 4 การประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้ากลุ่มงาน รวม 7 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง แบบประเมินและแบบบันทึก สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและดัชนีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น PNI

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ของการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบัน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน

2. ผลการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 พบว่า โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู มีองค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา มี 5 Module ประกอบด้วย Module 1 การมีส่วนร่วมกับผู้อื่นในการพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาให้บรรลุผลสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย Module 2 การแสดงบทบาทผู้นำผู้ตามที่เหมาะสม Module 3 การให้ความช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุนเพื่อนร่วมงาน Module 4 การปรับตัวเข้ากับกลุ่มคน หรือสถานการณ์ที่หลากหลาย Module 5 การเสริมแรงเสริมสร้างกำลังใจให้เพื่อนร่วมงาน 4) วิธีการพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และการศึกษาดูงาน 5) การวัดและประเมินผล ประกอบด้วย การประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจก่อนการพัฒนาและหลังการพัฒนา การประเมินด้านเจตคติและการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมพัฒนา ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู โดยรวม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
