The Development of Teacher Competency about Active Learning Management in School under Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) To study the actual state and the desirable state of teacher competency about active learning management in school under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2 2) To develop the teacher competency about active learning management for school under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2. The research was divided into 2 phrases. Phase 1, the study of the actual state and the desirable state of teacher competency about active learning management in school under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2. Phase 2, the development of teacher competency about active learning management in school under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2. Phase 1, the sample size was 322 teachers in school under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2 and the 5 experts. The research instrument was the questionnaire about the actual state and the desirable state of teacher competency about active learning management in school under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2. Phase 2, the action research about the development of teacher competency about active learning management in Ban NongbuaGut-or school, Wapipathum district, Mahasarakham province. The action research was divided into 4 stages; planning, action, observation and reflection. The action research was proceed 2 spirals. Spiral 1, using the strategy of workshop and supervision. Spiral 2, using the strategy of mentoring. The action research consists of 5 collaborators, 23 informants, and the 5 experts. The research instrument consists of test, interview, evaluation and observation. Checking data with triangulation technique and use descriptive analysis technique for present the research.

The results of the research revealed the following;

1. The actual state of teacher competency about active learning management in school under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2 was at a medium level. The desirable state of teacher competency about active learning management in school under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2 was at the highest level, probably because the teacher want to develop teaching more than efficient. Needs of the development of teacher competency about active learning management in school under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2 could order from high to low; learning design, Using and develop the instructional media the innovation and the technology for learning, Learning by thinking and doing, and authentic assessment.

2. The development of teacher competency about active learning management in school under Mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2 2 spirals as follows; 2.1 The development of teacher competency about active learning management in Ban NongbuaGut-or school, Wapipathum district, Mahasarakham province in spiral 1, the strategy for develop the teacher competency was workshop and supervision found that 5 targets had got the cognition about active learning Moreover, 5 targets could write the active learning plan after workshop. The lesson plan of active learning was suitable at a high level in overall. The supervision; all of target could set active learning management. Teaching was at a high level but consider as the individual found that; the highest level for 2 targets, high level for 2 targets and medium level for 1 target that had to develop in the spiral 2. 2.2 The development of teacher competency about active learning management in Ban NongbuaGut-or school, Wapipathum district, Mahasarakham province in spiral 2, the strategy for develop the teacher competency was mentoring found that; The target could set active learning management. The teaching behaviors improved respectively, with the average at high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ขอการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคามเขต 2 2) เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 ระยะที่ 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 จำนวน 322 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคามเขต 2 ระยะที่ 2 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก โรงเรียนบ้านหนองบัวกุดอ้อ อำเภอวาปีปทุม จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ซึ่งมี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน (Planning) การปฏิบัติ (Action) การสังเกตผล (Observation) และ การสะท้อนผล (Reflection) ดำเนินการวิจัย 2 วงรอบ โดยวงรอบที่ 1 ใช้กลยุทธ์การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการและการนิเทศภายใน วงรอบที่ 2 ใช้กลยุทธ์การนิเทศแบบพี่เลี้ยง กลุ่มผู้ร่วมศึกษาค้นคว้า จำนวน 5 คน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 23 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบทดสอบ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมิน และแบบสังเกต การตรวจสอบข้อมูลใช้เทคนิคการตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า (Triangulation Technique) และนำเสนอผลการศึกษาค้นคว้าโดยวิธีพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ทั้งนี้อาจเป็นเพราะว่าครูมีความต้องการที่จะพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น เมื่อเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 จากมากไปหาน้อย ได้ดังนี้ การออกแบบการเรียนรู้ การใช้และพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการเรียนรู้ การจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านกระบวนการคิดและการลงมือปฏิบัติ และการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริงตามลำดับ

2. การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 ดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ ดังนี้ 2.1 การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก โรงเรียนบ้านหนองบัวกุดอ้อ อำเภอวาปีปทุม จังหวัดมหาสารคาม วงรอบที่ 1 โดยใช้กลยุทธ์ในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครู คือ การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และการนิเทศภายใน พบว่า กลุ่มเป้าหมายทั้ง 5 คน มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก นอกจากนี้กลุ่มเป้าหมายทั้ง 5 คน มีความสามารถในการเขียนแผนการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกหลังจากได้รับการพัฒนาโดยวิธีการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการโดยรวมและรายบุคคลมีความสามารถในการจัดทำแผนการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกได้ และมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก กลยุทธ์การนิเทศภายใน สรุปได้ว่ากลุ่มเป้าหมายทุกคนสามารถจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกได้ครบทุกรายการ ปฏิบัติการสอนสรุปโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณากลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นรายบุคคล พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2 คน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 2 คน และมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1 คน ซึ่งจะได้ดำเนินการพัฒนาในวงรอบที่ 2 ต่อไป 2.2 การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก โรงเรียนบ้านหนองบัวกุดอ้อ อำเภอวาปีปทุม จังหวัดมหาสารคาม วงรอบที่ 2 โดยใช้กลยุทธ์ในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครู คือ การนิเทศแบบพี่เลี้ยง พบว่า ครูเป้าหมายสามารถจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ได้ตามแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกและมีพฤติกรรมการสอนดีขึ้นตามลำดับโดยรวมเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก
