The Development of Learning Management Guideline of Teachers by using the Concept of the Professional Learning Community for Teachers of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) To study the current conditions Desirable condition And the need for teacher learning management By using the concept of a community of professional learning under Kalasin Primary Education Service Area Office 2. 2) To develop guidelines for teacher learning management By using the concept of professional learning community under Kalasin Primary Education Service Area Office 2. This research is a research and development consisting of 2 phases. Phase 1 education Current conditions, desirable conditions And the need for teacher learning management By using the concept of a professional learning community for teachers. Phase 2: Development of teacher learning management guidelines By using the concept of a community of professional learning. Sample group used in the research. Phase 1: 132 teachers under Kalasin Primary Education Service Area Office 2. By multi-stage random sampling. Tools used include Questionnaire for current conditions and desirable conditions for teacher learning management by using the concept of professional learning community. And Phase 2, the group of data interviewing of school administrators and teachers in educational institutions that have good practices in learning management by using the concept of professional learning communities. And 5 experts. Assess the appropriateness and feasibility of teacher learning management by using the concept of professional learning community By using the purposive sampling method. The tools used for structured interviewing and guideline evaluation. The statistics used in data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, index, consistency, mean, standard deviation. And the need index (PNImodified)

The results of the study were as follows:

1. Current conditions of teacher learning management by using the concept of professional learning communities Overall is at a high level. And the desirable condition of internal quality assurance Overall is at the highest level.

2. Appropriate guidelines for teacher learning by using the concept of professional learning communities under Kalasin Primary Education Service Area Office 2, working through 6 components, namely 1) specifying objectives or objectives 2) defining content or curriculum 3) studying the learners 4) defining teaching strategies 5 ) Organizing learning activities and 6) Measurement and evaluation The development of guidelines for teacher learning management By using the concept of community Learning in the teaching profession Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Area, Zone 2 overall Is suitable and the possibility is at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู โดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู โดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู โดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับครู ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ระยะที่ 1 ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 จำนวน132 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ และระยะที่ 2 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดีด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นได้ของแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างและแบบประเมินแนวทาง สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์หรือจุดมุ่งหมาย รองลงมาคือการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การวัดและการประเมินผล การกำหนดเนื้อหาหรือหลักสูตร การกำหนดยุทธวิธีในการสอน และต่ำสุดคือการศึกษาผู้เรียน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดการเรียนรู้ของครูโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. แนวทางที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 มีการทำงานผ่านองค์ประกอบ 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์หรือจุดมุ่งหมาย 2) การกำหนดเนื้อหาหรือหลักสูตร 3) การศึกษาผู้เรียน 4) การกำหนดยุทธวิธีในการสอน 5) การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และ 6) การวัดและประเมินผล การพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู โดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
