The Development of a Guideline for Participation in Occupation Training in Mechanics Department between Colleges and Establishments under Kalasin Vocational Education

Abstract

This study aimed 1) to investigate the current situations, desired situations and needs of participation 2) to develop guidelines for participation of occupation training in mechanics department between colleges and establishments under Kalasin vocational Education. The sample of investigating related to the current situations, desired situations and needs of participation was 118 consisted of college administrators, teachers in mechanics department, head of affairs and the managers of establishments. The sample of development guidelines of participation comprised of 2 college administrators, 2 teachers, 8 of establishments’ managers and 7 experts who evaluated the guidelines, the sample was selected by purposive sampling. The instruments used in the study consisted of 5 rating scales questionnaire, structured interview and the suitability and possibility evaluation form. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean and standard deviation.

The results revealed that :

1. All aspects of the current situations of participation for occupation training in mechanics department between colleges and establishments under Kalasin vocational Education were shown in more level (x̅ = 3.62) and all aspects of the desired situations were ranged in the most level (x̅ = 4.55). The index of needs revealed as follows; the participation of evaluation, decision making participation, planning participation and problems awareness participation.

2. The guidelines for occupation training in mechanics department between colleges and establishments pointed that the stability was in the most level (x̅ = 4.14) and the possibility was also in the most level (x̅ = 4.59). The vital issues of guideline development were shown as follows; invitation the speaker to give a special training to students before internship, the participation of making rules in occupation training, the participation of making evaluation details of occupation training, the participation of ethics and moral evaluation, the participation of curriculum compiling, the participation of occupation training supervision, the participation of behavior problem awareness and dealing with the problems of students, the participation of evaluation and assessment and the participation of raising awareness of the image and prominent of the colleges and the establishments.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการมีส่วนร่วม และเพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมในการฝึกอาชีพแผนกวิชาช่างยนต์ระหว่างสถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ สังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการมีส่วนร่วม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนแผนกวิชาช่างยนต์ หัวหน้างาน และผู้จัดการสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 118 คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการพัฒนาแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 2 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 2 คน ผู้จัดการสถานประกอบการ รวม 8 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการประเมินแนวทาง จำนวน 7 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง (Structured Interview) และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบัน การมีส่วนร่วมในการฝึกอาชีพแผนกวิชาช่างยนต์ระหว่างสถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ สังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 3.62) และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.55) โดยมีดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นมากสุด ตามลำดับ ดังนี้การมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล การมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ การมีส่วนร่วมในขั้นวางแผนการมีส่วนร่วมปฏิบัติการ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับรู้ปัญหา

2. แนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมในการฝึกอาชีพแผนกวิชาช่างยนต์ระหว่างสถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ โดยรวมพบว่า มีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.14) และมีความเป็นไปได้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.59) ประเด็นสำคัญของแนวทางการพัฒนา คือ การเชิญวิทยากรมาให้ความรู้นักเรียนนักศึกษาก่อนไปฝึกอาชีพ การร่วมกันออกระเบียบในการปฏิบัติตนในช่วงฝึกอาชีพ การร่วมกันกำหนดองค์ประกอบในการประเมินผลการฝึกอาชีพ การร่วมกันประเมินจากพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำหลักสูตร การนิเทศการฝึกอาชีพร่วมกัน การรับรู้และแก้ไขปัญหาพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนนักศึกษาร่วมกัน การร่วมกันออกแบบการวัดประเมินผลการฝึกอาชีพ และการปลูกจิตสำนึกในการรักษาชื่อเสียง ภาพลักษณ์ ของสถาบันในการฝึกอาชีพ
