Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และ 2) การพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลสำหรับโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลสำหรับโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 335 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลสำหรับโรงเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลสำหรับโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลสำหรับโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. แนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลสำหรับโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 1) การบริหารงบประมาณตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล มีแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษามีการบริหารงานที่ชัดเจนโดยให้บุคลากรร่วมกันกำหนดแผนงานงบประมาณสอดคล้องตามแผนปฏิบัติงาน 2) การบริหารงานบุคคลตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล มีแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษามีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมพัฒนาให้บุคลากรเข้าใจถึงแนวทางการพิจารณาความดีความชอบตามหลักเกณฑ์ 3) การบริหารทั่วไปตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล มีแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนกำหนดให้มีชั้น ความลับของฐานและรหัสการเข้าถึงข้อมูล 4) การบริหารวิชาการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล มีแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษามีการจัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติงานด้านวิชาการ
