A Developing Guideline the Implementation of Premium Health Promoting School in Diamond Level of School Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aimed 1.) to study the current situation of Premium Health Promoting School in Diamond Level of School Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Service Area Office 2 2.) to develop the implementation guidelined to Premium Health Promoting School in Diamond Level of School Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Service Area Office 2 The sample group of the study were 183 person include administrators and teachers from 61 schools selected by stratified random sampling method. The research instruments were questionnaires of current situation, structured interview and the evaluation from of suitability and possibility. Descriptive statistics used in the research were mainly percentage, average and standard deviation. The research were as follow :

1. The current implementing to Premium Health Promoting School in Diamond Level of School Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Service Area Office 2 were as a high level The operational level in each standard is at a high level. When considered by individual standards as follow ; that Is at a high level in all 3 standards, arranged in order from highest to lowest as follows: Standard 1, Implementation of the Health Promotion School, Standard 2, Implementation of Student Health And standard 3, achievement of work according to policy

2. A Developing guideline the implementation of premium health promoting school in diamond level of school under the office of kalasin primary education service area office 2 consists of 3 elements, 19 indicators, 68 guidelines can be summarized as follows Operations towards being a Diamond Health Promotion School There should be an operational planning at the school level. And clear plans for each department About the school's environmental policy and management that affect physical health, mental health, and student learning There is an operational committee appointed by the administrators, teachers, students, communities, and related agencies to participate in the project. Activities that solve problems or promote good health And basic health services related to student health Including the supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the work systematically To bring the results to improve the work to be more efficient.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1.) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ของการดำเนินงานสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับเพชร ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 2.) พัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับเพชร ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูอนามัย โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 จำนวน 183 คน จาก 61 โรงเรียน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ มีระดับการปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละมาตรฐานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายมาตรฐานพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 มาตรฐาน เรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ มาตรฐานที่ 1 การดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ มาตรฐานที่ 2 การดำเนินงานสุขภาพของนักเรียนแกนนำ และมาตรฐานที่ 3 ผลสำเร็จของงานตามนโยบาย

2. การพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับเพชร ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ 19 ตัวชี้วัด 68 แนวทาง สรุปได้ดังนี้ การดำเนินงานสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับเพชร ควรมีการวางแผนการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจน เกี่ยวกับนโยบายและการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพกาย สุขภาพใจ และการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน มีการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานที่ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียน ชุมชน ส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำโครงการ กิจกรรมที่แก้ปัญหา และการบริการอนามัยพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพของนักเรียน รวมถึงมีการจัดระบบนิเทศ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อนำผลมาปรับปรุงการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
