Guidelines for Competency Achievement , Development of School Administrators in the Digital Age Under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 3

Abstract

This research aims to 1.) investigate the current situation, the desirable condition and the necessity of the Guidelines for Competency Development of Achievement Motivation of School Administrators in the Digital Age Under the Office of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area 3. 2) develop the Guidelines for Competency Development of Achievement Motivation of School Principals in Digital Age, under the Jurisdiction of Office of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 3. The sample group used in this research was 145 school principals who were obtained by Stratified Ransom Sampling and determined the size of sample group by using Krejcie & Morgan table. The instrumentations were the five-rating scale questionnaire, the semi-structured interview and the evaluation of the possibility. The statistics used in this research is average and standard deviation.

The results found that the current situation of competency development of achievement motivation of school principals in digital age, under the Jurisdiction of Office of Mahasarakham primary educational service area 3 rates at a high level in overall and each aspect. The overview desirable condition of competency development of achievement motivation of school principals in digital age, under the Jurisdiction of Office of Mahasarakham primary educational service area 3 rates at a high level in overall and each aspect and the necessity of competency development of achievement motivation of school principals in digital age in individual aspects sort the necessities in descending order were creative development of school principals in the digital age, quality of work in digital age, continuance commitment to work, problem solving and decision making of school principals in the digital age and responsibility of school administrations rate at the highest level in overall of suitability and possibility assessment. In conclusion of competency development of achievement motivation of school principals in digital age, there are 5 elements and 30 guidelines which are managing school by using the PDCA cycle integrated with various digital technologies, creating innovation to response the needs, driving vision and mission of the school to achieve success.

งานวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคามเขต 3 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 145 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น กำหนดขนาดโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างและแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1.) สภาพปัจจุบันการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2.) ความต้องการจำเป็นการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเรียงลำดับ ความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การพัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารในยุคดิจิทัล คุณภาพของงานในยุคดิจิทัล ด้านความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านการแก้ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารในยุคดิจิทัล ด้านความรับผิดชอบในการบริหารสถานศึกษา มีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีแนวทางการการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล มี 5 องค์ประกอบ 30 แนวทาง
