The Enhancing Teacher Competency Program for Learning Management of 4 MAT Learning Cycle under the Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

The research aimed to 1) study current, desirable conditions and needs for learning management of 4 MAT learning cycle under the Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2) develop the enhancing teacher competency program for learning management of 4 MAT learning cycle under the Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research was conducted in mixed methods divided into 2 phases. The 1st phase was to study current, desirable conditions and needs for learning management of 4 MAT learning cycle under the Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample consisted of 335 teachers under Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 selected by satisfied random sampling technique. The research instrument was questionnaire. The 2nd phase was to develop the enhancing teacher competency program for learning management of 4 MAT learning cycle under the Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The target group was 6 teachers and administrators from School with best practices and 9 educational experts using focus group discussion to verify and evaluate program using purposive sampling method and research instruments were semi-structured interview, focus group discussion and appropriateness and feasibility assessment of the program. The frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and Modified Priority Needs Index were employed to analyze data.

The findings of this research were as follows:

1. The overall of current condition for learning management of 4 MAT learning cycle was at high level, the desirable condition for learning management of 4 MAT learning cycle was at high level and needs to enhance teacher competency for learning management of 4 MAT learning cycle under the Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 by ranking from maximum to minimum following 1) integrating reflection concepts 2) analysis of experience 3) concept construction development 4) framework performance 5) experience sharing 6) creating experience 7) creating task 8) task analysis and using.

2. The enhancing teacher competency program for learning management of 4 MAT learning cycle under the Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 composed of 1) principle 2) objective 3) content and activities which included 4 modules. 4) development process which included self-directed learning, action learning and attendance training and seminar. And 5) program evaluation. The overall of the assessment of learning management of 4 MAT learning cycle under the Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in term of appropriateness was at high level and possibility was at highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามวัฏจักร 4 MAT สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามวัฏจักร 4 MAT สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 การดำเนินการวิจัยมีลักษณะเป็นการวิจัยแบบวิธีผสม แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามวัฏจักร 4 MAT สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 จำนวน 335 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิและใช้ขนาดของสถานศึกษาเป็นหน่วยของการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามวัฏจักร 4 MAT สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 6 คน จากโรงเรียนที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบยืนยันโปรแกรมด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 9 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม จำนวน 9 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ค่าดัชนีจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามวัฏจักร 4 MAT โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามวัฏจักร 4 MAT โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามวัฎจักร 4 MAT สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 เรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ขั้นปรับประสบการณ์เป็นความคิดรวบยอด ขั้นวิเคราะห์ประสบการณ์ ขั้นพัฒนาความคิดรวบยอด ขั้นปฏิบัติตามกรอบความคิด ขั้นแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ ขั้นสร้างประสบการณ์ ขั้นสร้างชิ้นงาน และขั้นวิเคราะห์ชิ้นงานและนําไปใช้ ตามลำดับ

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามวัฏจักร 4 MAT สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหาและกิจกรรม แบ่งออกเป็น 4 Module 4) วิธีพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง การเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง และการฝึกอบรมและร่วมสัมมนา และ 5) การประเมินผลโปรแกรม ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามวัฏจักร 4 MAT สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 โดยรวม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
