The Innovation of Community Development Mechanism for Manage the Sustainable Health Management Village

Abstract

This mixed method research aims to determine the situation problems, guidance and successful factors of sustainable village health management. The subjects were 901 adult people, 30 village health management stakeholders, and 13 expertise. The data was collected by questionnaires, interview, brain storming and observation. The statistical interpretations were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple linear regression, and content analysis.

The results revealed that the development of village health management innovation at community level by applied the concept of appreciation influence control (AIC) and the supporting of relevant agencies lead to health planning and projects. The evaluation of this innovation found that the village had an excellent level of village health management and villagers get a better understanding of health planning and can be analyses the health situation problems by themselves. In conclusion, the participation of community people for the development of community health lead people on the role of sense of community belonging and could be self – reliant in health care.

การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธีนี้ (Mixed method research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ศึกษาวิเคราะห์สภาพการณ์ แนวทาง และปัจจัยความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานหมู่บ้านจัดการสุขภาพ 2)พัฒนานวัตกรรมกลไกระดับชุมชน และ3)ประเมินผลนวัตกรรมการพัฒนากลไกระดับชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชน จำนวน 901 คน แกนนำชุมชน จำนวน 30 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 13 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์ การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การระดมสมอง การสังเกต และการประเมินผล ด้วยการมีส่วนร่วมกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์พหุถดถอย (Multiple R egression) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Coefficient;r)

ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ พบว่า การพัฒนานวัตกรรมการพัฒนาศักยภาพกลไกระดับชุมชนเพื่อจัดการหมู่บ้านจัดการสุขภาพยั่งยืน โดยใช้แนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วม AIC ของประชาชนในชุมชน และการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทำให้ได้แผนพัฒนาหมู่บ้านจัดการสุขภาพ และกิจกรรม โครงการที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการและสภาพปัญหาด้านสุขภาพชุมชน เช่น โครงการหมู่บ้านจัดการสุขภาพยั่งยืน โครงการชุมชนปลอดขยะ โครงการป้องกันควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออก โครงการพัฒนาแกนนำศักยภาพชุมชน เป็นต้น ซึ่งผลการประเมินผลการนำนวัตกรรมกลไกระดับชุมชนเพื่อจัดการหมู่บ้านจัดการสุขภาพยั่งยืนไปใช้นี้ พบว่า หมู่บ้านผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินหมู่บ้านจัดการสุขภาพระดับดีเยี่ยม โดยชุมชนมีความเข้าใจกระบวนการดำเนินงาน วิเคราะห์ปัญหาชุมชนและการพัฒนาด้านสุขภาพโดยชุมชนเป็นหลักในการดำเนินงานเอง ภาครัฐเป็นผู้ให้การแนะนำสนับสนุน เครือข่ายสุขภาพเป็นผู้หนุนเสริมการดำเนินกิจกรรมภาพ โดยมุ่งการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพึ่งตนเองได้ด้านสุขภาพอย่างยั่งยืน
