The Development of a Care Model for the Elderly Dependency by Community Participation in Tumbon Nampleek Municipality , Muang Amnatcharoen District , Amnatcharoen Province

Abstract

The objective of this action research was to examine the development of a care model for the dependent elderly by community participation in Tumbon Nampleek Municipality, Muang Amnatcharoen District, Amnatcharoen Province. The samples were chosen using the specific selection approach, consisted of two groups: stakeholders participating in the development of a care model for the dependent elderly of 70 persons, and bedridden dependent elderly at the home of 50 persons. The store gather by indepth interview, observe, focused group interviewing, exchange meeting and questionnaire. Quantitative analysis was conducted and the statistics implemented included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis.

The results showed as follows : establishing a caring team for the dependent elderly at the community level. Success factor old the development of a care model for the dependent elderly are new the development of a care model for the dependent elderly. Have composition including Situation problem care model for the dependent elderly, Health promotion, Convenient, Basic appliances, Special support, Cooperation network, Social rules, thereby bringing forth the appropriate development for the community context.

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงแบบมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนเขตเทศบาลตำบลน้ำปลีก อำเภอเมืองอำนาจเจริญ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง 2 กลุ่มได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ 1 ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงแบบมีส่วนร่วม 70 คน และกลุ่มที่ 2 ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง กลุ่มติดบ้านและกลุ่มติดเตียง 50 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกต การสนทนากลุ่ม การประชุมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และการใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ได้มีการตั้งทีมผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงระดับชุมชน สำหรับการดูแลแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีการพัฒนาการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงเป็นรูปแบบใหม่ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การประเมินสถานการณ์ปัญหาด้านการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง การให้การส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การจัดหาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง การจัดหาเครื่องใช้พื้นฐานที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง การสนับสนุนพิเศษสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง การพัฒนาเครือข่าย การช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน และการพัฒนากำหนดกฎเกณฑ์ร่วมกันทางสังคม ซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้ส่งผลให้เกิดการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงในชุมชนได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและเหมาะสมกับบริบทของชุมชน
