Elderly Care Process by Community Participation Napo Yai Community, Mukdahan Subdistrict, Mueang District, Mukdahan Province

Abstract

This action research The objective of this study is to study the process of developing the elderly health care model by participating in the Napa Yai community, Mukdahan Subdistrict, Mueang District, Mukdahan Province. 20 elderly and 20 network partners collect both quantitative data And qualitative By using the generated tools and analyzing the data using descriptive statistics such as mean, percentage, standard deviation And analyzing qualitative data by content analysis.

The study indicated that The process of developing the elderly health care model by participating in this community has 8 steps, namely (1) studying the context and the problem condition (2) returning information from the study (3) participatory workshop To prepare the plan (4) carry out activities according to the project (5) Observe participation (6) Evaluate (7) Arrange the stage to take off lessons and (8) Test the process by experts using the group discussion process, the results appear that in the development of the elderly care process by community participation There are 3 important elements: (1) participatory planning (2) Implementation of strong network partners and (3) continuous monitoring and evaluation Performance according to the procedure Found that community participation is at a high level And getting the elderly health care process in the community consisting of (1) Nonstop health care is that the community does not stop health care (2) Action plan of community health care is the implementation of community health care plans (4) Observation and assessment is the observation and evaluation of activities.

In conclusion, the success factor of the development of the care process for the elderly in this community is to focus and create participation in caring by local networks and the elderly groups that are affected. To be responsible for this issue and have a conscience that it is a shared responsibility.

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนนาโปใหญ่ ตำบลมุกดาหาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดมุกดาหารทำการศึกษาในกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องในกระบวนการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ คือ ผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 20 คน ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 20 คน และภาคีเครือข่าย จำนวน 20 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งเชิงปริมาณ และเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้เครื่องมือที่สร้างขึ้นและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content analysis)

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กระบวนการพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในครั้งนี้ มี 8 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (1) ศึกษาบริบทและสภาพปัญหา (2) คืนข้อมูลจากการศึกษา (3) ประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการอย่างมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อจัดทำแผน (4) ดำเนินกิจกรรมตามโครงการ (5) สังเกตการณ์การมีส่วนร่วม (6) ประเมินผล (7) จัดเวทีถอดบทเรียน และ (8) ทดสอบกระบวนโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิใช้กระบวนการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลปรากฏว่า ในการพัฒนากระบวนการดูแลผู้สูงอายุโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน มีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ (1) การวางแผนแบบมีส่วนร่วม (2) การดำเนินงานของภาคีเครือข่ายเข้มแข็ง และ (3) การติดตามประเมินผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผลการดำเนินงานตามขั้นตอน พบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนอยู่ในระดับมาก และได้กระบวนการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน ประกอบด้วย (1) Nonstop health care คือ การที่ชุมชนไม่หยุดดูแลสุขภาพ (2) Action plan of community health care คือ การปฏิบัติตามแผนงานการดูแลสุขภาพของชุมชน (3) Participation of health network คือ การมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายสุขภาพชุมชน (4) Observation and assessment คือ การสังเกตการณ์และการประเมินผลการดำเนินกิจกรรม

โดยสรุป ปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการพัฒนากระบวนการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนครั้งนี้ คือ การให้ความสำคัญและสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลโดยเครือข่ายในพื้นที่และกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเองที่ได้รับผลกระทบ ให้มีความรับผิดชอบในประเด็นปัญหานี้และมีจิตสำนึกว่าเป็นหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบร่วมกัน
