Model of Public herbal Sauna Service for Health by Community Participation in Ban Nong Pla Pak, kham Yai Sub-district, Maung District, Ubonratchathani Province

Abstract

Everyone would have to find a way to treat the symptoms disappear or lessen abate. Cognitive health with herbs. The purpose was to study model of public herbal sauna service for health by community participation in Ban Nongplapak, Khamyai sub-district, Maung district, Ubonratchatani province. This was an action research consisting of processes: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting, focus on the participation with community. The deta collaection tools were qaulitative and qauntitative, amd participatory action research. The study involved 40 people, indicated that, the collaboration of service Sauna. There is a great community leader part in the analysis, find solutions monitoring and evaluation the involvement of the beneficiaries sauna at a high level. The "SPAC" model includes service of sauna, participation, action plan, Continuous operation and contribute to the development of public health, herbal sauna by taking part of a sustainable community.

ภูมิปัญญาการส่งเสริมสุขภาพด้วยการอบสมุนไพร เป็นวิธีการบำบัดรักษาและส่งเสริมสุขภาพตามหลักของการแพทย์แผนไทยอย่างหนึ่งที่ช่วยบรรเทาอาการเจ็บป่วย และเป็นการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้คนในชุมชนให้มีสุขภาพที่แข็งแรงขึ้น จึงนำไปสู่การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาการอบสมุนไพรสาธารณะเพื่อสุขภาพโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนบ้านหนองปลาปาก ตำบลขามใหญ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เป็นการศึกษาโดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้ คือ การวางแผน การปฏิบัติ การสังเกต และการสะท้อนผลการปฏิบัติ เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนผู้รับบริการ ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ทั้งเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ และการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ทำการศึกษาจากผู้เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 40 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้รับบริการอบสมุนไพร การมีผู้นำชุมชนที่ดี เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา หาแนวทางแก้ไข ติดตามและประเมินผล พบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้รับบริการอบสมุนไพรอยู่ในระดับมาก และได้รูปแบบการพัฒนาการอบสมุนไพรสาธารณะเพื่อสุขภาพ คือ “SPAC” model ประกอบด้วย 1) Service of sauna : S คือ การให้บริการอบสมุนไพร 2) Participation (Apply by PAR) : P คือ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิด เรียนรู้จากกันและกัน 3) Action plan : A คือ การปฏิบัติตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้ ส่งผลให้การดำเนินงานบรรลุเป้าหมาย 4) Continuous operation : C คือ การดำเนินการต่อเนื่อง ยึดหลักการเรียนรู้จากชาวบ้านโดยตรง และนำไปสู่การพัฒนาการอบสมุนไพรสาธารณะเพื่อสุขภาพโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนที่ยั่งยืน
