An Invention of Historical Project of Secondary School Students in the Northeast Region

Abstract

An Invention of Historical Project of Secondary School Students in the Northeast Region. The purpose of this research was to study 1) History Project Contest By Prem Tinsulanonda Foundation Nakhon Ratchasima Province 2) Development of the history project work of students 3) Impact of problems and solutions from doing student history projects and 4) Synthesize historical projects under the dimension of cultural history. This study was Qualitative Research. Data were analyzed by documents, Observations, Interviews, and Focus group discussions. Presenting the research results in descriptive analysis.

The results of the research are as follows:

1) History Project Contest By Prem Tinsulanonda Foundation Nakhon Ratchasima Part of the student project contest at the district level By Prem Tinsulanonda Foundation Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The first contest was held in 2009. In response to the speech of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit Her Majesty cares for the study of history in Thailand. The contest is divided into 3 levels: elementary level. secondary level and high school level. There is a regional contest held at Suraphat Building 2, Suranaree University of Technology. Nakhon Ratchasima Province every 17-18 August of every year.

2) The development of the history project can be divided into two phases. (2009-2013) is a project of history about national history in a textbook City history and interesting things from the provincial motto by relying on education within the school from documents Historical project report writing mainly uses data to be copied from later documents. (2014-2018) It is a historic project dealing with specific local stories that use information from a variety of historical evidence. Project report writing has references to various evidence and shows historical time dimensions. The result of learning about history by using the history project to make learning and teaching history more interesting Students have higher academic achievement in history.

3) The history project is useful to students, teachers, schools, communities and interested people. But it does not promote the teaching of history as it should. Because the teacher did not understand the historical method. Therefore, a history teacher should be produced and a history teacher is assigned specifically.

4) History Project by Prem Tinsulanonda Foundation Nakhon Ratchasima presented cultural history : Concept of social memory, Concept of identity, Concept of cultural landscape and Concept of cultural value.

การวิจัยเรื่อง การประดิษฐ์สร้างโครงงานประวัติศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ศึกษาจากการประกวดโครงงานประวัติศาสตร์ โดยมูลนิธิเปรมติณสูลานนท์ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการประกวดโครงงานประวัติศาสตร์ 2) ศึกษาพัฒนาการของการทำโครงงานประวัติศาสตร์ 3) ศึกษาผลกระทบ ปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขจากการทำโครงงานประวัติศาสตร์ 4) สังเคราะห์โครงงานประวัติศาสตร์ภายใต้มิติประวัติศาสตร์วัฒนธรรม การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการศึกษาเอกสาร การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ และการสนทนากลุ่ม นำเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) การประกวดโครงงานประวัติศาสตร์ โดยมูลนิธิเปรมติณสูลานนท์ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการประกวดโครงงานนักเรียนระดับภาค โดยมูลนิธิเปรมติณสูลานนท์ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จัดประกวดครั้งแรกเมื่อปีพ.ศ.2552 เพื่อเป็นการสนองพระราชดำรัสของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถที่ทรงห่วงใยการศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์ในประเทศไทย การประกวดแบ่งเป็น 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับประถมศึกษา ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โดยมีการจัดการประกวดระดับภาคที่อาคารสุรพัฒน์ 2 มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ทุกวันที่ 17-18 สิงหาคมของทุกปี

2) พัฒนาการการทำโครงงานประวัติศาสตร์แบ่งได้เป็น 2 ระยะ ช่วงแรก พ.ศ.2552-2556 นิยมทำโครงงานเกี่ยวข้องกับประวัติศาสตร์ชาติที่ศึกษาในหนังสือแบบเรียน สิ่งสำคัญจากคำขวัญประจำจังหวัด ใช้ข้อมูลจากเอกสารเป็นหลัก ต่อมาช่วงพ.ศ.2557-2561 นิยมนำเสนออัตลักษณ์และความสัมพันธ์กับวิถีชีวิตชุมชน มีการเลียนแบบโครงงานที่ได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวด การนำโครงงานเดิมที่ใช้ในการประกวดในปีก่อนหน้านี้มาส่งประกวดอีกครั้ง ใช้ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์หรือแบบสอบถาม ภาพถ่ายจากอินเทอร์เน็ตและสถานที่จริงมาประกอบข้อมูลจากเอกสาร

3) การทำโครงงานประวัติศาสตร์ของนักเรียนเข้าประกวดโครงงานประวัติศาสตร์ โดยมูลนิธิเปรมติณสูลานนท์ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา พบว่า มีประโยชน์ทั้งต่อนักเรียน อาจารย์ โรงเรียน ชุมชน และผู้สนใจ แต่ไม่ได้ส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอนประวัติศาสตร์เท่าที่ควร เพราะครูไม่เข้าใจวิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์ ดังนั้นจึงควรมีการผลิตครูประวัติศาสตร์และกำหนดตำแหน่งบรรจุครูประวัติศาสตร์ไว้โดยเฉพาะ

4) โครงงานประวัติศาสตร์ โดยมูลนิธิเปรมติณสูลานนท์ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้นำเสนอมิติทางประวัติศาสตร์วัฒนธรรม ทั้งแนวคิดว่าด้วยความทรงจำทางสังคม แนวคิดว่าด้วยอัตลักษณ์ แนวคิดว่าด้วยภูมิวัฒนธรรม แนวคิดว่าด้วยคุณค่าทางวัฒนธรรม
