The Development of Program to Enhance in Competency in Japanese Learning Management for Secondary Teachers under the Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the components and indicators of competency in Japanese language learning management for careers, 2) to develop a competency enhancement program for professional Japanese language learning management, and 3) to study the results of an experimental use of supplementary programs. Create competency in Japanese language learning management for careers, divided into 3 phases, 6 steps. Phase 1 synthesizes the components and indicators of competency in Japanese language learning management for occupations, classified into 2 steps. To synthesize elements and indicators of Japanese language learning management competency for careers and conducting in-depth interviews with 2 experts (In-depth Interview). 2) Verification of elements and indicators by focus group from experts in education administration. foreign language and 9 Japanese teachers by choosing a specific type (Purposive Sampling). To verify the competency elements of Japanese language learning for careers. Phase 2 Draft a program to enhance competency in Japanese language learning management for careers, divided into 3 stages: 1) Conducting studies on best practices from 5 Japanese language learning schools; 2) drafting a program for enhancing Japanese language learning 3) To conduct an expert seminar on considering and evaluating a draft program for enhancing competence in Japanese language learning for careers. by selecting a specific (Purposive Sampling) number of 7 people. Phase 3 Experimental program for enhancing the competency of Japanese language learning management for careers with a sample of 15 people by selecting a specific (Purposive Sampling) tool used to collect data. It consists of a semi-structured questionnaire and Estimation Scale Questionnaire The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, percentage, standard deviation.

The results of the research can be summarized as follows.

1. Components and indicators of the Japanese Language for Career Competency Development Program It consists of 4 components and 11 indicators: 1) knowledge, 4 indicators, 2) skills, 3 indicators, 3) personal characteristics, 2 indicators, and 4) teaching and learning development guidelines. Japanese for careers has 2 indicators.

2. The results of drafting a program to enhance competency in Japanese language learning management for occupation consist of 1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) Content 4) Processes and methods 5) Assessment and content scope, divided into 4 modules: Module 1 Japanese Used in communication for careers Module 2 Using innovative media and technology to manage a variety of learning Module 3 Building love and faith in the teaching profession. Module 4 Guidelines for the development of Japanese language teaching for a career. The results of the assessment of validity, suitability, feasibility and usefulness of the program were found to be correct in all parts. at a high level be appropriate Overall, all parts were at a high level. possible Overall, all parts were at the highest level. and the overall usefulness of all parts is at the highest level.

3. The results of the trial of the Competency Building Program for Professional Japanese Language Learning Management for Secondary School Teachers Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, it was found that the sample group had a score of 12, representing 80 percent of the sample who attended the training program for enhancing the capacity of Japanese language learning management for secondary school teachers. under the Office of the Basic Education Commission.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ และ 3) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ 6 ขั้นตอน คือ ระยะที่ 1 สังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ จำแนกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน 1) ศึกษาเอกสาร ตำรา งานวิจัยทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ และทำการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 2 คน (In-depth Interview) 2) ทำการตรวจสอบยืนยันองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัด โดยการ Focus group จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการบริหารการศึกษา ภาษาต่างประเทศ และครูผู้สอนภาษาญี่ปุ่น จำนวน 9 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เพื่อตรวจสอบยืนยันกับองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ ระยะที่ 2 ยกร่างโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ จำแนกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน 1) ทำการศึกษา Best Practice จากโรงเรียนที่มีการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น จำนวน 5 แห่ง 2) ทำการยกร่างโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ 3) ทำการสัมมนาผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการพิจารณาและประเมินร่างโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 7 คน ระยะที่ 3 การทดลองใช้โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 15 คนโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามกึ่งโครงสร้างและ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 4 องค์ประกอบ และ 11 ตัวชี้วัด คือ 1) ด้านความรู้ มี 4 ตัวชี้วัด 2) ด้านทักษะ มี 3 ตัวชี้วัด 3) ด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล มี 2 ตัวชี้วัด และ 4) ด้านแนวทางการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ มี 2 ตัวชี้วัด

2. ผลยกร่างโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา 4) กระบวนการและวิธีการ 5) การประเมินผล และขอบข่ายเนื้อหา แบ่งออก 4 Module ได้แก่ Module 1 ภาษาญี่ปุ่นที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารเพื่ออาชีพ Module 2 การใช้สื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนรู้อย่างหลากหลาย Module 3 การสร้างความรักและศรัทธาในวิชาชีพครู Module 4 แนวทางการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพ ผลการประเมินความถูกต้อง ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของโปรแกรม พบว่า มีความถูกต้องโดยรวมทุกส่วน อยู่ในระดับมาก มีความเหมาะสม โดยรวมทุกส่วนอยู่ในระดับมาก มีความเป็นไปได้ โดยรวมทุกส่วนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความมีประโยชน์โดยรวมทุกส่วนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

3. ผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพสำหรับครูมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเพิ่มขึ้น จำนวน 12 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เข้ารับการอบรมโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่ออาชีพครูมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน
