The Program of Enhancing Teacher for Learning Management of Contemplative Education for Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The research aimed to 1) study current, desirable conditions and needs for learning management of Contemplative Education under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 2) develop the Program of Enhancing Teacher for Learning Management of Contemplative Education for Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research was conducted in mixed methods divided into 2 phases. The 1st phase was to study current, desirable conditions and needs for learning management of Contemplative Education for teachers under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 320 teachers under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 selected by satisfied random sampling technique. The research instrument was questionnaire. The 2nd phase was to develop the Program of Enhancing Teacher for Learning Management of Contemplative Education for Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The target group was 6 teachers and administrators from School with best practices and 9 educational experts using focus group discussion to verify and evaluate program using purposive sampling method and research instruments were semi-structured interview, focus group discussion and appropriateness and feasibility assessment of the program. The frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and Modified Priority Needs Index were employed to analyze data.

The findings of this research were as follows:

1. The overall of current condition for learning management of Contemplative Education was at high level, the desirable condition for learning management of Contemplative Education was at high level and needs to enhance teacher competency for learning management of Contemplative Education for teachers under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by ranking from maximum to minimum following 1) Study the conditions and needs of learners, 2) Authentic Assessment, 3) Concept Attainment, 4) Instructional System Design, 5) Objectives) and 6) Learning Management.

2. The Program of Enhancing Teacher for Learning Management of Contemplative Education for Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 composed of 1) principle, 2) objective, 3) content which included 4 modules. 4) 70:20:10 LEARNING MODEL, development process which included attendance training and seminar, Group learning, self-directed learning, and action learning And 5) program evaluation. The overall of the assessment of learning management of the Program of Enhancing Teacher for Learning Management of Contemplative Education for Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in term of appropriateness and possibility was at highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 การดำเนินการวิจัยมีลักษณะเป็นการวิจัยแบบวิธีผสม แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 จำนวน 320 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิและใช้ขนาดของสถานศึกษาเป็นหน่วยของการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนจำนวน 6 คน จากโรงเรียนที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีจำนวน 3 โรงเรียน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบยืนยันโปรแกรมด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 9 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม จำนวน 9 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ค่าดัชนีจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 เรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการของผู้เรียน การประเมินกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง การกำหนดมโนทัศน์ที่ต้องเรียน การออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การกำหนดจุดประสงค์ของการเรียนรู้ และการดำเนินการเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา แบ่งออกเป็น 4 Module 4) หลักการพัฒนาแบบ 70:20:10 วิธีพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย การฝึกอบรมและร่วมสัมมนา การเรียนรู้เป็นกลุ่ม การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง และการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริงและ 5) การประเมินผลโปรแกรม ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
