Developing Teamwork Guidelines of Teachers in Schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram

Abstract

This research aims to 1) investigate the current situation, the desirable condition and the necessity of teachers’ teamwork in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram. 2) develop guidelines for teamwork of teachers in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram. There are 344 participants including 103 principals and 241 teachers. This was obtained by sample size determination (Krejcie and Morgan), stratified random sampling (using the school size), and simple random sampling. The five-rating scale questionnaire, the semi-structured interview and the evaluation of the possibility. The statistics used in this research is average, standard deviation.

The results found that the current situation of teachers’ teamwork in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram rates at a low level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspects with the highest to the lowest average value were leadership and role, trust among the members, set objectives and goals, participation and cooperation, and communication, respectively. The overview desirable condition in each aspect of teacher’s teamwork in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram rates at a high level. The Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) when considering each aspect from the highest to the lowest value is communication, participation and cooperation, set objectives and goals, trust among the members, and leadership and role, respectively. Developing teacher’s teamwork guidelines had the highest level assessment results of suitability and possibility. There are 5 elements 45 guidelines for developing teacher’s teamwork in schools.

วิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 103 คน และครู จำนวน 241 คน รวม 344 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างขั้นต่ำ ของ Krejcie and Morgan ประกอบด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งเป็นชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยใช้ขนาดสถานศึกษาเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่ม และใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านภาวะผู้นำและบทบาทหน้าที่ ด้านการไว้วางใจกันของสมาชิก ด้านการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายร่วมกัน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและให้ความร่วมมือ และด้านการสื่อสาร ตามลำดับ สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการสื่อสาร ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและให้ความร่วมมือ ด้านการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายร่วมกัน ด้านการไว้วางใจกันของสมาชิก และด้านภาวะผู้นำและบทบาทหน้าที่ ตามลำดับ และมีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีแนวทางการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา 5 องค์ประกอบ 45 แนวทาง
