The Guidelines to Develop Academic Adminwastration Toward the Quality School under Karasin Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

Thwas research aims ; 1) to study the current condition Desirable conditions and needs The necessity of academic adminwastration to become a quality school of educational institutions. Educational Service Area Office Primary School, Kalasin Dwastrict 1 2) To develop guidelines for the development of academic adminwastration to schools Quality under the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area 1 and for information on to be used in academic adminwastration to become a quality school of educational institutions, dwastrict offices Elementary Education Area, Kalasin Dwastrict 1. The research methodology was mixed with methods (Mixed Methods Research) divided into 2 phases. Desirable conditions and necessities of academic adminwastration to become a quality school Under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group conswasted of school adminwastrators and teachers. 293 people from educational institutions under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were obtained. The research instrument was a scale questionnaire, Phase 2, a guideline for developing academic adminwastration towards becoming a quality school. Under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the guidelines were evaluated by 5 experts. The research tool was a form to assess the suitability and feasibility of the guidelines for the development of academic adminwastration to become a quality school. Under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the statwastics for data analyswas were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the required demand index value.

The results showed that:

1. The aspect with the highest average was the development of quality assurance systems. Internal and educational standards, as for the desirable conditions of academic adminwastration to becoming a school. The overall quality was at the highest level. The aspect with the highest mean was the development of the learning process.

2. Guidelines for developing academic adminwastration towards quality schools Under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall, the suitability was at the highest level. and the possibility was at the highest level All elements of 7 aspects, 42 approaches.

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของบริหารงานวิชาการสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพของสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่โรงเรียนคุณภาพ สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 และเพื่อเป็นข้อสนเทศในการนำไปใช้ในการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพของสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของทางการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จากสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 จำนวน 293 คน ได้มาโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วน ระยะที่ 2 แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 และประเมินแนวทางโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในและมาตรฐานการศึกษาส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่การเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่โรงเรียนคุณภาพ สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด องค์ประกอบทั้งหมด 7 ด้าน 42 แนวทาง
