The Problem of Construction Contract Amendment in Mahasarakham University

Abstract

The problem of construction contract amendmentis indispensable for administrators. It yields the factors concerning the workers' performances. This information is needed for the administrator's decision-making. The purposes of this research were (1) to study the factors affected on problem of construction contract amendment (2) to analyze the factors affected on problem of construction contract amendment in Mahasarakham University and (3) to compare between the construction types and the problem of construction contract amendment in Mahasarakham University. The sample of this study was construction contract amendment in Mahasarakham University administrators of 202. Research instruments were a questionnaire. And the data was analyzed by statistics. The major findings are as follows: (1) the factors affected on problem of construction contract amendment are personnel management, financial management, materials management and specifications. The factors affected on problem of construction contract amendment in Mahasarakham University are personnel management, financial management, materials management and specifications. (2) The problem of construction contract amendment in Mahasarakham University was at the moderate level. Where, the specification is the most affected on problem of construction contract amendment, whilst the personnel management is the less affected on problem of construction contract amendment. And (3) the improvement project and modification project are different on problem of construction contract amendment in Mahasarakham University.

ปัญหาการแก้ไขสัญญาระหว่างการก่อสร้างโครงการมีความสำคัญและจำเป็นต่อการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสัญญา เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งปัจจัยในการกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของระดับปฏิบัติการ การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขสัญญาก่อสร้างระหว่างโครงการ (2) วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขสัญญาก่อสร้าง โครงการก่อสร้าง ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม และ (3) เปรียบเทียบรูปแบบโครงการก่อสร้างกับปัญหาการแก้ไขสัญญาก่อสร้างระหว่างโครงการภายในมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับก่อสร้างโครงการก่อสร้าง ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม จำนวน 202 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขสัญญาก่อสร้างระหว่างโครงการ คือ การบริหารบุคคล การบริหารงบประมาณ การบริหารวัสดุ และแบบรูปรายการ (2) ปัญหาการแก้ไขสัญญาระหว่างการก่อสร้างโครงการก่อสร้าง ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคามโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยที่แบบรูปรายการส่งผลให้มีการแก้ไขสัญญาระหว่างการก่อสร้างโครงการก่อสร้างมากที่สุด ขณะที่การบริหารบุคคลส่งผลให้มีการแก้ไขสัญญาระหว่างการก่อสร้างโครงการก่อสร้างน้อยที่สุด และ (3) โครงการปรับปรุงและโครงการต่อเติม/ดัดแปลง มีปัญหาการแก้ไขสัญญาก่อสร้างระหว่างโครงการภายในมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคามโดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน
