The Developing Book Recommendation Service Using Data Mining and Augmented Reality Technology

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the association rule of patron's book loan behavior using data mining techniques and to develop book recommendation service based on patron's book loan behavior by applying augmented reality technology. The research instruments were book recommendation service using augmented reality technology and a suitability assessment form of book recommendation service. The results showed that association rules of patron's book loan behavior were 48 rules and 6 patterns of book borrowing pattern as follows: 1) if patrons borrow one book they also borrow one more book at a same time 2) if patrons borrow one book they also borrow two more books at a same time 3) if patrons borrow two books they also borrow one more book at a same time 4) if patrons borrow two books they also borrow two more books at a same time 5) if patrons borrow one book they also borrow three more books at a same time and 6) if patrons borrow three books they also borrow one more book at a same time. The results of book recommendation service assessment reveal overall suitability was at a high level, with all three aspects: design, functionality, and content. However, considering the accuracy of the system in displaying images and information and being able to promote book recommendation services. It is suitable at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ วิเคราะห์กฎความสัมพันธ์ของหนังสือตามพฤติกรรมการยืมของผู้ใช้โดยใช้เทคนิคเหมืองข้อมูล และเพื่อพัฒนาบริการแนะนำหนังสือตามพฤติกรรมการยืมหนังสือ โดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีความเป็นจริงเสริม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) บริการแนะนำหนังสือโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีความเป็นจริงเสริม 2) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของบริการแนะนำหนังสือโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีความเป็นจริงเสริม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การวิเคราะห์กฎความสัมพันธ์ของหนังสือตามพฤติกรรมการยืมของผู้ใช้โดยใช้เทคนิคเหมืองข้อมูล มีกฎความสัมพันธ์ของหนังสือที่ผู้ใช้มักจะยืมพร้อมกัน จำนวน 48 กฎ และแบ่งออกได้เป็น 6 รูปแบบ ดังนี้ 1) ถ้าผู้ใช้ยืมหนังสือ 1 เล่ม จะยืมหนังสืออีก 1 เล่มพร้อมกัน 2) ถ้าผู้ใช้ยืมหนังสือ 1 เล่ม จะยืมหนังสืออีก 2 เล่มพร้อมกัน 3) ถ้าผู้ใช้ยืมหนังสือ 2 เล่ม จะยืมหนังสืออีก 1 เล่มพร้อมกัน 4) ถ้าผู้ใช้ยืมหนังสือ 2 เล่ม จะยืมหนังสืออีก 2 เล่มพร้อมกัน 5) ถ้าผู้ใช้ยืมหนังสือ 1 เล่ม จะยืมหนังสืออีก 3 เล่มพร้อมกัน และ 6) ถ้าผู้ใช้ยืมหนังสือ 3 เล่ม จะยืมหนังสืออีก 1 เล่มพร้อมกัน ส่วนผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของบริการแนะนำหนังสือโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีความเป็นจริงเสริม พบว่า ความเหมาะสมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือด้านการออกแบบ ด้านการใช้งาน และด้านเนื้อหามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อพบว่าความถูกต้องของระบบในการแสดงผลภาพและข้อมูล และสามารถส่งเสริมบริการแนะนำหนังสือได้ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
