Management of Health Risks from the Work of Personnel at the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 7, Khon Kaen

Abstract

Personnel of the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 7, Khon Kaen Province are exposed to work risks However, there is no well-defined process for managing occupational health risks. The objective of this research was to assess and manage health risks from working of personnel of the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 7, Khon Kaen Province. A total of 114 sample consisted of the target group studied selected by stratified randomization method according to the proportion of personnel of 100 people, the key informant target groups were selected by random sampling of 14 people. Collect data using questionnaires; post-work review record form group chat. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and qualitative data use content analytics

The results of the research revealed that three health threat factors were 1) working with computers or performing tasks that require eyes to focus on the screen. 2) working in an area with inappropriate lighting. 3) Sitting and working for a long time. The results of the measurement of the working environment, light intensity, did not meet the standard. accounted for 46.64 percent. Implemented guidelines for risk management and correction of health risks from working for personnel of the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 7, Khon Kaen Province according to the framework, procedures and guidelines that have been established including educating about the risks from working, improvement of work environment and health checked up. As a result, personnel have more learning outcomes after training than before training to provide knowledge about risks from work were a statistically significant at 0.01. Assessment of occupational health risk management outcomes by assessing health risks and work environments found that physical, biological, chemical and ergonomic was found a slight - moderate level that is an acceptable risk level.

บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในสำนักงานป้องกันควบคุมโรคที่ 7 จังหวัดขอนแก่น มีการสัมผัสความเสี่ยงจากการทำงาน แต่ยังไม่มีกระบวนการจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านสุขภาพจากการทำงานที่มีรูปแบบที่ชัดเจน การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินและจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านสุขภาพจากการทำงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานป้องกันควบคุมโรคที่ 7 จังหวัดขอนแก่น กลุ่มเป้าหมายและกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 114 คน ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ทำการศึกษาสถานการณ์และสภาพปัญหา จำนวน 100 คน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 14 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึกการทบทวนหลังปฏิบัติงาน การสนทนากลุ่ม ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่าปัจจัยคุกคามทางสุขภาพสูงสุด 3 อันดับ คือ 1) ปฏิบัติงานกับคอมพิวเตอร์หรือปฏิบัติงานที่ต้องใช้สายตาในการเพ่งมองหน้าจอ 2) ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในบริเวณที่มีแสงสว่างไม่เหมาะสม และ 3) การปฏิบัติงานนั่งทำงานอยู่กับที่ติดต่อกันเป็นเวลานานจนมีผลต่อการปวดเมื่อยกล้ามเนื้อ ผลการตรวจวัดสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ความเข้มแสงไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ร้อยละ 46.64 ดำเนินการจัดทำแนวทางจัดการความเสี่ยงและแก้ไขความเสี่ยงด้านสุขภาพจากการทำงานสำหรับบุคลากร สคร. 7 จังหวัดขอนแก่น ตามกรอบขั้นตอนและแนวทางที่จัดทำขึ้น ได้แก่ การให้ความรู้เรื่องความเสี่ยงจาการทำงาน ปรับปรุงแก้ไขสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ตรวจสุขภาพตามปัจจัยเสี่ยงจากการทำงาน โดยใช้กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ส่งผลให้บุคลากรมีผลการเรียนรู้หลังการอบรมมากกว่าก่อนการอบรมให้ความรู้เรื่องความเสี่ยงจาการทำงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 การประเมินผลลัพธ์การจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านสุขภาพจากการทำงานโดยการประเมินความเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน พบว่า สิ่งคุกคามด้านกายภาพ ด้านชีวภาพ ด้านเคมีและด้านการยศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับเล็กน้อย - ระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับความเสี่ยงที่ยอมรับได้
