Abstract

The results of the research appeared as follows:

1. 2. การวิจัยครั้งนี้ดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัด ความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักเรียน โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน ระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ของการเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักเรียนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 736 คน ระยะที่ 3 การพัฒนากลยุทธ์เสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักเรียน โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน และประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของกลยุทธ์ ระยะที่ 4 การศึกษาผลการใช้กลยุทธ์การเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักเรียน โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน นำไปใช้กับโรงเรียนที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมการพัฒนา จำนวน 1 โรงเรียน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏ ดังนี้

1. องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักเรียน โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ 11 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ 1) องค์ประกอบด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยของนักเรียนและมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ประกอบด้วย 3 ตัวชี้วัด 2) องค์ประกอบด้านการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและการรับมือกับการคุกคามทางเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วย 3 ตัวชี้วัด 3) องค์ประกอบด้านการมีความรู้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เรียนรู้ ริเริ่ม และใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ประกอบด้วย 3 ตัวชี้วัด 4) องค์ประกอบด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลอย่างมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ประกอบด้วย 2 ตัวชี้วัด

2. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักเรียนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลอย่างมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด อยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการมีความรู้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เรียนรู้ ริเริ่ม และใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลอย่างสร้างสรรค์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

3. กลยุทธ์การเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักเรียนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีองค์ประกอบของกลยุทธ์ คือ 1) หลักการ 2) วิสัยทัศน์ 3) พันธกิจ 4) เป้าประสงค์ 5) กลยุทธ์หลัก 6) กลยุทธ์รอง 7) วัตถุประสงค์ 8) วิธีดำเนินการ/กิจกรรม/แนวทาง 9) ตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ

4. ผลการศึกษาการนำกลยุทธ์การเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักเรียนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ไปใช้ในสถานศึกษาที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมการนำกลยุทธ์ไปใช้ จากผลการศึกษาหลังนำกลยุทธ์การเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักเรียนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานไปใช้ พบว่า กลยุทธ์ทุกกลยุทธ์ ผ่านเกณฑ์ตามตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จร้อยละ 100
