Development of Guidelines for Implementation of Student Care and Support Systems using Digital Technology in Schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study current condition, the desirable condition and the necessity for implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology in schools under Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area office 3. 2) development of guidelines for implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology in schools under Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area office 3. The sample group used in the research consisted of 92 school administrators and 242 teachers, total 344 people. This was obtained by sample size determination (Krejcie and Morgan), stratified random sampling (using the school size), and simple random sampling. The tools used in the research include the five-rating scale questionnaire, the semi-structured interview and the evaluation of the possibility. The statistics used in this research was average, standard deviation.

The results found that the current condition for implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology in schools under Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area office 3 the overall level was at a moderate level. The aspect with the highest average was prevention and resolution. The desirable condition for implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology in schools overall, it's at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was student promotion. The Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) for implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology in schools when considering each aspect from the highest to the lowest value was, the aspect of student screening, student promotion, knowing students individually, student referral, and prevention and problem solving respectively. There was an evaluation of the suitability and feasibility of the guidelines for implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology in schools. Overall, the appropriateness was at the highest level the mean was 4.86, and the probability was at the highest level the mean was 4.60. With there were 5 elements 22 guidelines for the implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology in schools.

การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 3 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 92 คน และครู จำนวน 242 คน รวม 344 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างขั้นต่ำ ของ Krejcie และ Morgan ประกอบด้วย การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งเป็นชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยใช้ขนาดสถานศึกษาเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่ม และใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน ความต้องการจำเป็นของการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษา เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน และด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา ตามลำดับ และมีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.86 และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.60 โดยมีแนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษา 5 ด้าน 22 แนวทาง
