The Development Programe to Enhance Digital Leadership of Teachers in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Ratchasima

Abstract

This research aims 1) to study the current condition. Desirable condition and the need needed to strengthen teachers' digital leadership. Under the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Education Service Area Office 2) To develop a program to enhance teachers' digital leadership Under the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office, it is divided into 2 phases. And verify the program with a focus group (Focus Group) by experts. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview form. The results showed that.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครราชสีมา 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครราชสีมา แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครราชสีมา จำนวน 346 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมีค่าความสอดคล้องตั้งแต่ .60 ประเมินความเหมาะสมโดย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน คน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครราชสีมาโดยการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (Connoisseurship) จำนวน 9 คน เพื่อหาแนวการยกร่างโปรแกรม และตรวจสอบยืนยันโปรแกรมด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนี ความต้องการจำเป็น (PNIModified)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครราชสีมา พบว่า ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา มี 4 Module ประกอบด้วย การบริหารทรัพยากรดิจิทัล การสอนบูรณาการดิจิทัล การประยุกต์ใช้ดิจิทัล และ การสื่อสารดิจิทัล ผลการประเมินโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครราชสีมา พบว่า โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
