Developing a Classroom Management Model to Develop Students' Skills in the New Era of Small Schools Under the Office of Roi Et Primary Education Area 2

Abstract

The research aimed to 1) Study a present, desirable characteristic and the essential needs. 2) Build for model a classroom management to develop students' skills in the new era of a small school Under the Office of Roi Et Primary Education Area 2. The research was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 study a present, desirable characteristic and the essential needs. There were 212 samples consisting of administrators and academic head teachers by multi-stage Sampling. Phase 2 Build for model a classroom management to develop students' skills in the new era of a small school. The group of informants are administrators and teachers heads of academic departments. From schools with Best practice, 3 administrators, 3 teachers heads and 7 experts Purposive Sampling. Tools used in data collection Including questionnaires, interviews form and questionnaire to assess. Statistics used in data analysis are percentage. Average and standard deviation and Priority Needs Index.

The results were as follows:

1. The current circumstances with the whole picture were at medium level. The desirable characteristics with the whole picture were at highest level. the need Physical, Psychological, Social, Study respectively.

2. Model for a classroom management to develop students' skills in the new era of a small school Under the Office of Roi Et Primary Education Area 2consist 1) Principle 2) Objective 3) Operation Method There are 4 aspects as follows: Physical, Psychological, Social, Study 4) assessment and 5) conditions for success. The results were at the high level and feasibility assessment were at the highest level.

การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการและสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะผู้เรียนยุคใหม่ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ จำนวน 212 คน โดยสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ระยะที่ 2 สร้างการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะผู้เรียนยุคใหม่ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น ด้านกายภาพ ด้านจิตวิทยา ด้านสังคม ด้านการเรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ

2. ผลการสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะผู้เรียนยุคใหม่ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 พบว่า ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) วิธีดำเนินการ มี 4 ด้าน ด้านกายภาพ ด้านจิตวิทยาด้านสังคม และด้านการเรียนการสอน 4) การประเมิน และ 5) เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
