Strategy for New Normal Learning Management in Primary Schools under Mahasarakarm Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current conditions, the desirable conditions, and the needs for New Normal learning management in primary schools under Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) to develop the strategies for New Normal learning management in primary schools under Mahasarakarm Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research method was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 was to study the current conditions, the desirable conditions, and the needs for New Normal learning management in primary schools under Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples were 306 teachers under Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 those were collected by Krejcie and Morgan sample size table. The research instrument was a scaling questionnaire. Phase 2 was to develop the strategies for New Normal learning management in primary schools under Mahasarakarm Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. It was obtained from interviewing the 3 experts about New Normal learning management strategies, then studied documents, textbooks, and drafted the New Normal learning management. The Connoisseurship technique was used for verification and suggestion additional learning management strategies. The group of informants consisting of 7 experts in education was selected through the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was an assessment of the suitability and possibility of strategies. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results showed that;

1. The overall level of current conditions of New Normal learning management for primary school was at a high level. The overall level of desirable conditions of New Normal learning management for primary school was at a high level.

2. Strategies for New Normal learning management in primary schools under Mahasarakarm Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consisted of 6 strategies 1) The paradigm shift in using technology for learning in New Normal. 2) The paradigm shift in learning management model according to the conditions of the area and the risk of infection. 3) Using community-based learning to develop students’ life skills, vocational skills, and implementation in daily life. 4) Strengthening the social measure to prevent epidemic in school according to the Sandbox Safety Zone in School. 5) Adjusting the learning assessment in accordance with the New Normal learning management and supervision to follow up on learning management. 6) Declaration with parents about New Normal learning supported tools for learners management for Reducing inequalities of learning. The overall assessment results of strategy for New Normal learning management in primary school were found that the strategies’ suitability and the strategies’ possibility were at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นในการจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 2) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 จำนวน 306 คน ได้มาใช้ตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Krejcie และ Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ จำนวน 3 คน จากนั้นศึกษาเอกสาร ตำรา แล้วร่างกลยุทธ์การศึกษาวิถีชีวิตใหม่ จัดการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อ ตรวจสอบ และเสนอกลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ด้านการศึกษา จำนวน 7 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของกลยุทธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันการจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. กลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 6 กลยุทธ์หลัก 1) ปรับกระบวนทัศน์การใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ 2) ปรับกระบวนการทัศน์ด้านรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ ให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์และบริบทของสถานศึกษา 3) ใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนเกิดทักษะชีวิต ทักษะอาชีพ การนำไปปฏิบัติจริงในชีวิตประจำวัน 4) เสริมสร้างมาตรการทางสังคมเพื่อป้องกันการแพร่ระบาด เพื่อให้สถานศึกษาปลอดภัยตามมาตรการ Sandbox Safety Zone in School ของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ 5) ยกระดับการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ในสอดคล้องกับการจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่รวมถึงการนิเทศ เพื่อติดตามการจัดการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา 6) สร้างความเข้าใจ ดูแล ช่วยเหลือ ให้กับผู้ปกครองสนับสนุนการเรียนของผู้เรียน เพื่อลดความความเหลื่อมล้ำในการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ ผลการประเมินกลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตใหม่สำหรับสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
