Development of Mathematical Problem Solving Skills Using Problem-Based Learning with Digital Media on Ratio, Proportion and Percentage for Mathayomsuksa 1 Students

Abstract

Development of Mathematical problem-solving skills using problem-based learning with digital media on ratio, proportion and percentage for Mathayomsuksa 1 students. It encourages learners to learn that aims to develop problem-solving thinking skills. It has systematic and answerable procedures, as well as using digital media to promote cognitive learning until a high level of thinking skills can be developed. The purposes of this research are to 1) develop mathematics lesson plans learning activities using problem-based learning with digital media. Ratio, Proportional, and Percentage to be effective according to criteria 75/75 2) find out the effectiveness index of mathematics lesson plans activities using problem-based learning with digital media. 3) compare the mathematical achievement and mathematical problem-solving skills using problem-based learning with digital media with regular learning activities 4) study student satisfaction. The research randomly conducted on two groups of at Samrongthap Wittayakom School who studied in 2nd semester of the academic year 2021. Research instruments There are 5 types: (1) a problem-based math learning plan with digital media. The ratio, proportion and percentage of 15 Plan 1 period 60 minutes. (2) Normal learning management plan, mathematics, ratio, proportion and percentage of 15 Plan 1 period 60 minutes. (3) Mathematical achievement test on ratio, proportion and percentage is a 4-choice test 30 questions (4) Mathematical problem solving skills test on ratio, proportion and percentage are subjective tests, 4 questions. (5) measure satisfaction with problem-based learning management in conjunction with digital media. It is a 15 questions 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using means of arithmetic mean, means of percentage, standard deviation, Pearson correlation(r) and Hoteling's T2. The research results are as follows:

1. The efficiency of mathematics lesson plans activities using problem-based learning cooperative with digital media is 81.89/80.11, which is higher than the existed criterion of 75/75.

2. The activities have the effectiveness index of 0.6786, indicating the students with progress at 67.86%.

3. The students had the higher mathematical achievement and mathematical problem-solving skills than students normal learning activities, statistically significant at the level of 0.05.

4. Students who have been using problem-based learning with digital media have a high level of satisfaction.

การพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับสื่อดิจิทัล เรื่อง อัตราส่วน สัดส่วน และร้อยละ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 เป็นการส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการคิดแก้ปัญหา มีขั้นตอนอย่างเป็นระบบและสามารถหาคำตอบได้ รวมถึงใช้สื่อดิจิทัลในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ความเข้าใจ จนสามารถเกิดการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดในระดับสูงได้ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับสื่อดิจิทัล เรื่องอัตราส่วน สัดส่วน และร้อยละ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เพื่อศึกษาดัชนีประสิทธิผลของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนคณิตศาสตร์ และทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ โดยใช้กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับสื่อดิจิทัลกับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบปกติ 4) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสำโรงทาบวิทยาคม ที่เรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2564 ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม จำนวน 2 ห้อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มี 5 ชนิด ได้แก่ (1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาคณิตศาสตร์โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับสื่อดิจิทัล เรื่อง อัตราส่วน สัดส่วน และร้อยละ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 15 แผน แผนละ 1 คาบ คาบละ 60 นาที (2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบปกติ วิชาคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง อัตราส่วน สัดส่วน และร้อยละ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 15 แผน แผนละ 1 คาบ คาบละ 60 นาที (3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง อัตราส่วน สัดส่วน และร้อยละเป็นแบบทดสอบเลือกตอบชนิด 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 1 ฉบับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ (4) แบบทดสอบวัดทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง อัตราส่วน สัดส่วน และร้อยละ เป็นแบบทดสอบอัตนัย จำนวน 1 ฉบับ จำนวน 4 ข้อ (5) แบบวัดความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับสื่อดิจิทัล เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า(Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 1 ฉบับ จำนวน 15 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน(r) และ Hoteling’s T2

ผลการวิจัยปรากฎดังนี้

1. แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 81.89/80.11 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 75/75 ที่ตั้งไว้ ซึ่งหมายความว่า แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับสื่อดิจิทัล เรื่องอัตราส่วน สัดส่วน และร้อยละ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสามารถทำให้ผู้เรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์และทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น

2. ดัชนีประสิทธิผลของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เท่ากับ 0.6786 แสดงว่านักเรียนมีความก้าวหน้าในการเรียนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 67.86

3. นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและทักษะการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์สูงกว่านักเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

4. นักเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับสื่อดิจิทัล เรื่องอัตราส่วน สัดส่วน และร้อยละ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีระดับความพึงพอใจ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
