การวิจัยเชิงปฎิบัติการในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริการคลินิกเบาหวาน ความดันโลหิตสูงแบบวิถีใหม่ โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลเพิ่มสุข อำเภอผาขาว จังหวัดเลย ผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัย เลือกแบบจำเพาะเจาะจง 3 กลุ่มประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้บริหาร 7 คน กลุ่มภาคประชาชน 130 คน และกลุ่มทีมสหวิชาชีพ จำนวน 7 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 144 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสังเกตการณ์มีส่วนร่วม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินการมีส่วนร่วม และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจในการพัฒนาระบบบริการ เก็บรวบรวมโดยสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ระหว่างเดือน พฤษภาคม – มกราคม 2565 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าต่ำสุด-สูงสุด และวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาของข้อมูล
