Guideline for the Development of Teacher of the Research Competency Learning Development for Primary School Teacher under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research aim to 1) study the current and desirable condition and demand of the development of teacher of the research competency learning development for primary school teacher under Surin primary educational service area office 1. 2) For the development of teacher of the research competency learning development for primary school teacher under Surin primary educational service area office 1. The study was divided into 2 phases : Phase 1 To study the development of teacher of the research competency learning development. The samples consisted of 175 people of the director school. The samples consisted of 175 people of the academic affair teacher overall 350 people. Research instruments are questionnaire and interview. There are frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and priority needs index to used in quantitative data analysis of statistics. Phase 2 : To create the development of teacher of the research competency learning development for primary school teacher which is qualitative research by using interview method and content analysis.

The results revealed that:

1. study the current and desirable condition and demand of the development of teacher of the research competency learning development for primary school teacher under Surin primary educational service area office 1. The current condition of overall the development of teacher of the research competency learning development was at the high level. Level from high to low thus data analysis, research planning, presentation and conductivity finding to utilize, operation research according to methodology research, and analyzing problem to determine issue in research. The desirable condition found out the development of teacher of the research competency learning development overall the development of teacher of the research competency learning development was at the highest level. Level from high to low thus presentation and conductivity finding to utilize, analyzing problem to determine issue in research, operation research according to methodology research, research planning, and data analysis. Demand required found out the current condition of the development of teacher of the research competency learning development sort by demand required presentation and conductivity finding to utilize, analyzing problem to determine issue in research, operation research according to methodology research, research planning, and data analysis.

2. Guideline for the development of teacher of the research competency learning development was composed five aspects and twenty guidelines such as analyzing problem to determine issue in research was found out three guidelines. The research planning was found out six guidelines. The operation research according to methodology research was found out four guidelines. The data analysis was found out four guidelines and the presentation and conductivity finding to utilize was found out three guidelines.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของครูด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้สำหรับครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาครูด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้สำหรับครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาการพัฒนาครูด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 175 คน และหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ 175 คน รวมทั้งหมด 350 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ระยะที่ 2 สร้างแนวทางการพัฒนาครูด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ เป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันการพัฒนาครูด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ คือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลวิจัย การวางแผนการวิจัย การนำเสนอและการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ การดำเนินการวิจัยตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัย การวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาในการวิจัย สภาพที่พึงประสงค์พบว่าการพัฒนาครูด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การนำเสนอและการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ การวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาในการวิจัย การดำเนินการวิจัยตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัย การวางแผนการวิจัย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลวิจัย และความต้องการจำเป็นพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันการพัฒนาครูด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 เรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การนำเสนอและการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ การวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาในการวิจัย การดำเนินการวิจัยตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัย การวางแผนการวิจัย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลวิจัยตามลำดับ

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาครูด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน 20 แนวทาง ได้แก่ ด้านการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาในการวิจัย 3 แนวทาง การวางแผนการวิจัย 6 แนวทาง ด้านการดำเนินการวิจัยตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัย 4 แนวทาง ด้านการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล 4 แนวทาง ด้านการนำเสนอและการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ 3 แนวทาง โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด
