The Development of Academic Information System for Benchmarking on the Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET) of the Schools in Nongsimwangchaiwangmai Educational Improvement Center under the Office of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the states, problems and needs, and the efficiency of academic information system for benchmarking on the O-NET of the schools in Nongsimwangchaiwangmai Educational Improvement Center under the Office of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1. There are 3 phases of conducting research. Phase 1: study of problems and needs on the development of academic information system. The target group was 13 informants consisted of directors, and the measurement and assessment head teachers of the school. The 20 samples consisted of directors, and teachers who responsible for the O-NET. The instrument research was questionnaire. Phase 2: develop the academic information system. The target group consisted of 9 experts. The instrument research was an evaluation form. Phase 3: test the efficiency of academic information system. The 20 target group consisted of academic teachers in school, and Prathom Suksa 6 teachers. The instrument research were manual books, evaluation form, and questionnaire. The statistics used in the research consisted of Mean and Standard Deviation.

Research findings were as follows :

1. For the most problems was ease-of-use (x̅ = 3.87) and the most needs was the ability of the system to perform its functions (x̅ = 3.87).

2. The evaluating of the academic information system was appropriate and practical at a highest level.

3. The total efficiency of academic information system was at a highest level (x̅ = 4.73), and the total satisfaction of the efficiency of academic information system was at a highest level (x̅ = 4.78).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา ความต้องการ การพัฒนาระบบ และประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศทางวิชาการเพื่อเทียบเคียงการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติ ระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (O-net) ของโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาหนองสิมวังไชยวังใหม่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 โดยการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางวิชาการ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูหัวหน้างานวิชาการและงานวัดผล จำนวน 13 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้รับผิดชอบการสอบ O-NET จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม 2) ศึกษาการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางวิชาการ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมิน 3) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศทางวิชาการ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้างานวิชาการของโรงเรียน และครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่สอนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ระบบสารสนเทศทางวิชาการ แบบประเมิน และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพปัญหาสูงสุด คือ ด้านความง่ายต่อ การใช้งาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 3.87) และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์สูงสุด คือ ความสามารถของระบบในการทำงานได้ตามหน้าที่ ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.72)

2. การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางวิชาการ มีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของระบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.70)

3. ประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศทางวิชาการโดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.73) และกลุ่มเป้าหมายมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ระบบโดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.78) โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ความง่ายต่อการใช้งานของระบบ
