The Development of an Additional Course on Creative Thai Dramatic Art Skills and Appreciation of the Values of Thai Culture for Grade 7 Students under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kalasin

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an additional course on creative Thai dramatic art skills and appreciation of the values of Thai culture for grade 7 students under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kalasin. This experimental research was divided into four phases: 1) studying primary sources, 2) forming an additional course, 3) implementing the course, and 4) evaluating and revising the course. The sample was forty-two grade 7 students of Anukoolnaree School in the first semester of the academic year 2022, selected by cluster random sampling. The research instruments were a Thai dramatic art knowledge test, an evaluation form on basic Thai dramatic art ability, an evaluation form on a creative Thai dramatic art designing ability, and an appreciation of the values of Thai culture questionnaire. The data were analyzed by the use of mean, percentage, standard deviation, and compared by t-test (Dependent Samples).

The findings were revealed as follows: 1) Creative Thai dramatic art skills consisted of three components including, Thai dramatic art knowledge, basic Thai dramatic art ability, and creative Thai dramatic art designing ability. Promoting the students' creative Thai dramatic art skills was affected by time constraints. As a result, an additional course was strongly requested by the teachers and students. 2) The course comprised of principles, objectives, contents, learning activities, and assessments. There were five stages of learning integrated with practice skill and appreciation of Thai culture: (1) Preparation, (2) Practice, (3) Performance, (4) Design, and (5) Evaluation and Revision. The effectiveness of the course had an efficiency of 87.23/88.45, which met the criterion standard of 80/80. 3) After implementing the course, it was found that its materials were consistent and valid. The results of evaluation on creative Thai dramatic art skill showed that the post-test mean score of Thai dramatic art knowledge was higher than the pre-test mean score, the basic Thai dramatic art ability and the creative Thai dramatic art designing ability were at the highest levels, and appreciation of the values of Thai culture was significantly higher at the .05 level. 4) Students' overall satisfaction with the course was at the highest level. In order to meet the needs of students, language, contents, and instructional media issues were ultimately revised.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมทักษะนาฏศิลป์ไทยสร้างสรรค์และการเห็นคุณค่าวัฒนธรรมไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมฯ ดังกล่าวที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรเสริมฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ย่อย ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อประเมินทักษะนาฏศิลป์ไทยสร้างสรรค์ที่ประกอบด้วยความรู้ทางนาฏศิลป์ ความสามารถพื้นฐานทางนาฏศิลป์ และความสามารถในการออกแบบนาฏศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการเห็นคุณค่าวัฒนธรรมไทยของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรเสริมฯ ระหว่างก่อนและหลังเรียน เพื่อประเมินและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรเสริมฯ ที่ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ระยะที่ 2 การจัดทำร่างหลักสูตร ระยะที่ 3 การทดลองใช้หลักสูตร ระยะที่ 4 การประเมินและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร ใช้รูปแบบการทดลองแบบหนึ่งกลุ่มทดลองวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนอนุกูลนารี ปีการศึกษา 2565 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน จำนวน 42 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่มโดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบความรู้ทางนาฏศิลป์ แบบประเมินความสามารถพื้นฐานทางนาฏศิลป์ แบบประเมินความสามารถในการออกแบบนาฏศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ แบบสอบถามการเห็นคุณค่าวัฒนธรรมไทย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การหาประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องมือด้วยสูตร E1/E2 และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย t–test (Dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ทักษะนาฏศิลป์ไทยสร้างสรรค์ อาศัย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ ด้านความรู้ ด้านความสามารถ และด้านความชำนาญในการออกแบบนาฏศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ ปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ทักษะนาฏศิลป์สร้างสรรค์มีข้อจำกัดเรื่องเวลา ทำให้ไม่สามารถส่งเสริมทักษะนาฏศิลป์สร้างสรรค์แก่นักเรียนได้เท่าที่ควร ครูผู้สอนและนักเรียนมีความต้องการหลักสูตรเสริมเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพทักษะนาฏศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ 2) หลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย (1) หลักการ (2) วัตถุประสงค์ (3) เนื้อหา (4) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ (5) การประเมินผล บูรณาการกระบวนการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติและและการเห็นคุณค่าวัฒนธรรมไทย ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้ 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นการเตรียมความพร้อม ขั้นปฏิบัติทักษะตามแบบ ขั้นแสดงออกอย่างชำนาญ ขั้นสร้างสรรค์การออกแบบ ขั้นประเมินและปรับปรุง การตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตร พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมและมีความสอดคล้องตามเกณฑ์ คะแนนที่ได้จากการเรียนด้วยหลักสูตรนี้มีประสิทธิภาพ (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 87.23/88.45 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 3) ผลการใช้หลักสูตร พบว่า เครื่องมือประกอบหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องและมีความเชื่อมั่น ผลการประเมินทักษะนาฏศิลป์ไทยสร้างสรรค์ประกอบด้วย ความรู้ทางนาฏศิลป์หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน มีความสามารถพื้นฐานทางนาฏศิลป์และความสามารถในการออกแบบนาฏศิลป์สร้างสรรค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด การเห็นคุณค่าวัฒนธรรมไทยหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 4) การประเมินและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยผู้วิจัยได้ปรับปรุงด้านภาษา ด้านเนื้อหา และด้านสื่อการสอนให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของนักเรียน
