The Development of Thai Learning Management Program for Teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Phanom

Abstract

This research aimed to; 1) study current conditions, desirable conditions, and the needs assessment of Thai Learning Management for Teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Phanom 2) to develop the program of Thai Learning Management for Teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Phanom. The research method was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 was to study the current conditions, desirable conditions, and the needs assessment of Thai Learning Management. The samples were 118 Thai teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Phanom selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a scaling questionnaire. The reliability current conditions and desirable conditions of the questionnaire are 0.933 and 0.996. Phase 2 was to develop the program of Thai Learning Management for Teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Phanom. And evaluating the program by experts selected through the purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were an interview form and an evaluation form on the appropriateness, and the possibility of the Programs of Thai Learning Management for Teachers. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and modified priority index.

The results showed that;

1. The current state and desirable state of Thai Learning Management for Teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Phanom overall were rated at a high level and the highest level respectively. And the needs assessment of the development of Thai Learning Management for Teachers was ordered from most to least; Rational and critical analytical thinking practice, Organization of activities facilitating self-expression and participation of learners, Suitable instructional media used in learning management, Listening, speaking, reading writing skills practice and Student-centered learning arrangements, respectively.

2. The Programs of Thai Learning Management for Teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Phanom consisted of 1) Principles and reasons 2) Objectives 3) Goal 4) Content 5) Process 6) Evaluation. The content consisted of 5 modules: Module 1 Rational and critical analytical thinking practice, Module 2 Organization of activities facilitating self-expression and participation of learners, Module 3 Organization of activities facilitating self-expression and participation of learners, Module 4 Listening, speaking, reading writing skills practice and Module 5 student-centered learning arrangements. Each module uses the 70-20-10 development. The overall evaluation program result was appropriate at the highest level and possible at the highest level.

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม โดยใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนรายวิชาภาษาไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม จำนวน 118 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า (Rating scale) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ เท่ากับ 0.933 และ 0.996 ตามลำดับ ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาโปรแกรมด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิโดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัย

1. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และระดับมากที่สุด ตามลำดับ และเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การฝึกการคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างมีเหตุผลและมีวิจารณญาณ การจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการแสดงออกและมีส่วนร่วมของผู้เรียน การมีสื่อการเรียนรู้และใช้ประกอบจัดการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างเหมาะสม การฝึกทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน และการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ตามลำดับ

2. โปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) จุดประสงค์ 3) เป้าหมาย 4) เนื้อหากิจกรรม 5) วิธีการดำเนินการพัฒนา และ 6) การประเมินผล โดยมีเนื้อหา 5 Module ได้แก่ Module 1 การฝึกการคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างมีเหตุผลและมีวิจารณญาณ Module 2 การจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการแสดงออกและมีส่วนร่วมของผู้เรียน Module 3 การมีสื่อการเรียนรู้และใช้ประกอบจัดการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างเหมาะสม Module 4 การฝึกทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน และ Module 5 การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ และใช้วิธีการพัฒนาแบบ 70-20-10 ซึ่งผลการประเมินโปรแกรมโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
