Teacher Development Program of Active Learning Management for School under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The present study aimed 1) to investigate the current situations, desirable situations and need analysis of active learning management under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) to design, construct and evaluate the program to teacher development of Active Learning Management for School under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research divided into 2 phases; phase 1 was the investigate the current situations, desirable situations and need analysis of active learning management under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the sample consisted of 289 teachers in schools under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were obtained by comparing the total population with the Krejcie and Morgan sample size table and stratified random sampling was used to classify by size of educational institutes. The instrument used was questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNI. Phase 2 was the design, construct and evaluate the program to teacher development of Active Learning Management for School under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The program was evaluated by 5 experts. The instruments used were interview form, the program’s feasibility and suitability assessment form.

The results of the study revealed that;

1. the current situations of active learning management under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 overall rated in moderate level, the desirable situations of active learning management under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 overall rated in the most level, the need of active learning management under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 could be ordered from the highest to the lowest as follows; learning design, learning by doing and thinking, The application of media and technology and the measurement and evaluation of learning.

2. The results of teacher development program of Active Learning Management for School under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 comprised of 1) principle 2) objective 3) content 4) development activities 5) measurement and evaluation. The contents of the program consisted of 5 Module; 1) the concept of Professional Learning Community 2) learning design 3) learning by doing and thinking 4) the application of media and technology 5) the measurement and evaluation of learning. The result of suitability and feasibility assessment by experts was rated in the most level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 2) เพื่อออกแบบ สร้างและประเมินโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 โดยการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 จำนวน 289 คน ได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตาราง Krejcie และ Morgan และใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ PNI ระยะที่ 2 ออกแบบ สร้าง และประเมินโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมพัฒนา ครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 โดยเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI) จากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การออกแบบการเรียนรู้ การจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านกระบวนการคิดและการลงมือปฏิบัติ การใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้

2. โปรแกรมพัฒนาครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) จุดประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา 4) วิธีการพัฒนา 5) การวัดและประเมินผล เนื้อหาของโปรแกรม ได้แก่ Module 1 แนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ Module 2 การออกแบบการเรียนรู้ Module 3 การจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านกระบวนการคิดและการลงมือปฏิบัติ Module 4 การใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Module 5 การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ การประเมินโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 1 โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
