Developing a Program to Strengthen Learning Leadership of School Administrators under The Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

Abstract

This research aims to 1. Study current conditions desired condition and the needs and requirements of learning leadership of school administrators. Under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area 4 and 2. Develop a program to enhance learning leadership of school administrators. Under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 4, using research and development methods, divided into 2 phases: Phase 1: a study of current conditions; desirable condition and the needs and requirements of learning leadership of school administrators. under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 4. The sample group used in this research were 123 school administrators in the order of the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 4 in the academic year 2022. was a questionnaire, interview, the statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation. Phase 2: Under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area 4, the groups of informants were: There were 5 experts who evaluated the program. The instrument used to collect data was the assessment form.

The research results were as follows:

1. The current state of learning leadership of school administrators in five aspects was at a high level with an average of 4.17. Providing an environment conducive to learning and innovation As for the desirable condition of learning leadership of school administrators. Overall, it was at the highest level with an average of 4.67. The aspect with the highest average was the aspect of providing an environment conducive to learning and innovation.

2. School management Under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, the components of the program consist of 1) principles 2) objectives/targets 3) contents of activities 4 methods of implementation 5) measurement and evaluation. Overall, it was appropriate at a high level. The average value was 4.46 and the probability was at the highest level. with an average of 4.79 respectively.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึ่งประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 (2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 โดยใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยและพัฒนา แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสั่งกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 123 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินโปรแกรม 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวม 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.17 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และการสร้างนวัตกรรม ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.67 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และการสร้างนวัตกรรม

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 มีองค์ประกอบของโปรแกรมประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์/เป้าหมาย 3) เนื้อหากิจกรรม 4 วิธีการดำเนินการ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.46 และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.79
