CREATING A MEASURE OF LEARNING AND INNOVATION SKILLS FOR GRADE 6th STUDENTS

Abstract

The current global society in the 21st century is an era of globalization. Progress at a rapid pace in the face of challenges that await in the future. The Ministry of Education has a policy to develop the nation's youth into the 21st century world, aiming to develop manpower. Developing the quality of Thai people to have immunity to change and national development. This research has 3 objectives: 1) create a learning and innovation skill test; for grade 6th students. 2) find the quality of the Learning and Innovation test for grade 6th students. 3) Norms of the Learning and Innovation Skills scale for grade 6th students. For Grade 6th students, the sample used in the research were 931 grade 6th students studying in the second semester of the academic year 2022 of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. Multi-Stage Random Sampling.The instrument used in this research consisted of 1 copy, namely, learning and innovation skills test for grade 6th students, 36 items, tested 3 times. The first time was tested with a sample of 59 people, the second time Tested with a sample of 366 people, the third test with a sample of 506 people.

The results of the research were as follows:

1. The Learning and Innovation Skills Test consisted of 36 items, 9 items for creativity and innovation, 15 items for critical thinking and problem solving, and 12 items for communication and cooperation.

2. The quality of the learning and innovation skills test For Grade 6th students, there was an index of conformity (IOC) ranging from 0.60 to 1.00, discriminant power ranging from 0.217 to 0.549, and a confidence value for the whole version equal to 0.839. Confirmation, it was found that the 3 components of the Learning and Innovation Skills Scale were weighted from the highest to the lowest, i.e. critical thinking and problem solving. communication and cooperation and creativity and innovation were 0.98, 0.97 and 0.92, respectively. There were indexes to measure the degree of coherence between the model and empirical data. The chi-square was 173.95, the relative chi-square was 1.094, and the probability (P -Value) is 0.19797. The root mean square of fractional approximation (RMSEA) is 0.016, indicating that the model is structurally valid.

3. Norms of the Learning and Innovation Skills Scale for grade 6th students, there is a normal criterion in the form of normal T scores between T22 to T85. The linear equation is as follows: Tc = -28.02+0.84X indicating that the level of Learning and Innovation Skills is at a weak to good level. a lot The Learning and Innovation Skills were very good, good, fair, moderate, not satisfactory and weak, representing 6.72, 15.81, 41.90, 0.20, 39.53 and 6.92 percent respectively. Most of the students' learning and innovation skills were at fair level.

สังคมโลกปัจจุบันในศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นยุคแห่งกระแสโลกาภิวัตน์ มีความเจริญก้าวหน้าอย่างรวดเร็วเมื่อต้องเผชิญกับปัญหาท้าทายต่าง ๆ ที่รออยู่ในอนาคต กระทรวงศึกษาธิการมีนโยบายพัฒนาเยาวชนของชาติเข้าสู่โลกยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยมุ่งเพื่อพัฒนากำลังคน และการพัฒนาคุณภาพคนไทยให้มีภูมิคุ้มกันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการพัฒนาประเทศ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ 1) เพื่อสร้างแบบวัดทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 2) เพื่อหาคุณภาพแบบวัดทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 3) เพื่อสร้างเกณฑ์ปกติของแบบวัดทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ จำนวน 931 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-Stage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มี 1 ฉบับ คือ แบบวัดทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 36 ข้อ ทำการทดสอบ 3 ครั้ง โดยครั้งที่ 1 ทดสอบกับกลุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 59 คน ครั้งที่ 2 ทดสอบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 366 คน ครั้งที่ 3 ทดสอบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 506 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. แบบวัดทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม จำนวน 36 ข้อ จำแนกเป็นด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม 9 ข้อ ด้านการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและการแก้ปัญหา 15 ข้อ และด้านการสื่อสารและการร่วมมือกัน 12 ข้อ

2.คุณภาพของแบบวัดทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ตั้งแต่ 0.60 ถึง 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ 0.217 ถึง 0.549 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.839 ผลการตรวจสอบความเที่่ยงตรงเชิงโครงสร้างโดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า แบบวัดทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมทั้ง 3 องค์ประกอบ มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเรียงจากมากไปน้อย คือ การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและการแก้ปัญหา การสื่อสารและความร่วมมือ และความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม เท่ากับ 0.98, 0.97 และ 0.92 ตามลำดับ มีดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนระหว่างโมเดลกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ได้ค่าไค-สแควร์ เท่ากับ 173.95 ค่าไค-สแควร์สัมพัทธ์ เท่ากับ 1.094 ค่าความน่าจะเป็น (P-Value) เท่ากับ 0.198 ค่ารากของกำลังสองเฉลี่ยเศษของการประมาณ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.016 แสดงว่าโมเดลมีความเที่ยงตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง

3. เกณฑ์ปกติของแบบวัดทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีเกณฑ์ปกติในรูปคะแนน T ปกติ อยู่ระหว่าง T22 ถึง T85 ได้สมการเส้นตรงดังนี้ Tc = -28.02+0.84X แสดงว่าระดับทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมอยู่ในระดับอ่อนถึงระดับดีมาก โดยระดับทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมดีมาก ดี พอใช้ ปานกลาง ค่อนข้างอ่อน และอ่อน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 6.72 , 15.81, 41.90, 0.20, 39.53 และ 6.92 ตามลำดับ โดยส่วนใหญ่นักเรียนมีทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้
