Guidelines for the Development for Cultural Tourism in the New Normal of Tha Sawang Village Mueang District Surin Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the Guidelines for Development of Cultural Tourism in the New Normal of Thasawang village Mueang District Surin Province. To support cultural tourism in the New Normal Surin Province by collecting data from 115 Thai tourist and a questionnaire as an instrument. And Studing from 3 sample groups of Thasawang village as follows government agency representative representatives of private agencies and community representatives in the area Thasawang village. By using in – depth Interview to collect quality data And analyzed using statistical techniques which are mean, percentage and standard deviation. The study outcome suggested that.

1. Cultural tourism resources in the area, Thasawang village Mueang District Surin Province it is a silk handicraft tourism village the country's only. It is a village that is skilled in weaving ancient silk that is unique to Surin Province. Called Mainoy which is a distinctive identity in Surin Province.

2. Quality Standards for Cultural Attractions have a high level of opinions. With Potential for Attracting Tourism have a high level of opinions. It was found that the items with the highest average opinions were cultural tourist attractions that reflected the lives of local people and had a distinctive identity.

3. Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration have a high level of opinions. With Hotels and Accommodation Meeting Place have a high level of opinions. It was found that the item with the highest average opinion was that the hotel accommodation was safe guests and property.

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบ New Normal ของหมู่บ้านท่าสว่าง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุรินทร์ โดยศึกษาจากนักท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 115 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล และศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยวหมู่บ้านท่าสว่าง จำนวน 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ตัวแทนหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ตัวแทนหน่วยงานภาคเอกชน และตัวแทนชุมชนในเขตพื้นที่หมู่บ้านท่าสว่าง โดยใชแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และวิเคราะห์โดยใช้เทคนิคทางสถิติคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ทรัพยากรท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม หมู่บ้านท่าสว่าง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุรินทร์ บ้านท่าสว่าง ตำบลท่าสว่าง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุรินทร์ เป็นหมู่บ้านท่องเที่ยวเชิงหัตถกรรมผ้าไหมแห่งเดียวของประเทศ เป็นหมู่บ้านที่มีฝีมือในการทอผ้าไหมโบราณที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของจังหวัดสุรินทร์ ผ้าไหมบ้านท่าสว่าง มีจุดเด่นพิเศษกว่าที่อื่น คือ “ไหมน้อย” ที่ละเอียดนุ่มนวล สาวและทอได้ยากยิ่ง ซึ่งเป็นเอกลักษณ์ที่โดดเด่น และมักมีคำพูดที่ว่าถ้าจะซื้อผ้าไหมสวย ผ้าไหมน้อย ต้องที่ท่าสว่าง จังหวัดสุรินทร์

2. มาตรฐานคุณภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางวัฒนธรรม พบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวมีความคิดเห็นภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านศักยภาพในการดึงดูดใจด้านการท่องเที่ยว มีระดับความคิดเห็นโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยพบว่าข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นสูงสุด คือ สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทางวัฒนธรรมแสดงถึงความเป็นอยู่ของคนในท้องถิ่นและมีเอกลักษณ์ที่โดดเด่น

3. แผนดำเนินงานโครงการมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยด้านสุขอนามัย พบว่านักท่องเที่ยวมีความคิดเห็นภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านโรงแรมและที่พัก สถานที่จัดประชุม มีระดับความคิดเห็น โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยพบว่าข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นสูงสุด คือ โรงแรมที่พักมีความปลอดภัยต่อผู้เข้าพักและทรัพย์สิน
