Process Development to Improve the Quality of Life of the Elderly in the Elderly School Samrongplan Municipality, Phrai Bueng District, Si Sa Ket Province

Abstract

The purpose of this action research was to develop a process to improve the quality of life of the elderly in Samrongphlan Municipal School for the Elderly, Prai Bueng District, Sisaket Province. Study of the population and 2 groups of specific samples: 50 elderly people and 10 people from the Samrongphlan Sub-district Municipality School Management Committee for the elderly by organizing a forum to exchange knowledge. Reflect on development results and take lessons learned. Summarize problems and obstacles. Quantitative data analysis using Descriptive statics are percentage, mean, standard deviation. highest minimum value and qualitative data by analyzing the content.

The study found that The target group has changed to improve the quality of life of the elderly in the socially addicted group. good level and the Board of Driving School for the Elderly were satisfied with the development of the process for improving the quality of life of the elderly in the School for the Elderly, Samrongphlan Subdistrict Municipality, Prai Bueng District, Sisaket Province. at a high level.

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การพัฒนากระบวนการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุเทศบาลตำบลสำโรงพลัน อำเภอไพรบึง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ทำการศึกษาประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 50 คน และคณะกรรมการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุเทศบาลตำบลสำโรงพลัน จำนวน 10 คน โดยจัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ สะท้อนผลการพัฒนาและถอดบทเรียน สรุปปัญหา อุปสรรค การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้ สถิตเชิงพรรณนา คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบ่ียงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าต่ำสุดสูงสุด และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มเป้าหมายมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในกลุ่มติดสังคม อยู่ในระดับดี และคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจในการพัฒนากระบวนการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุเทศบาลตำบลสำโรงพลัน อำเภอไพรบึง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ อยู่ในระดับมาก

ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จในการพัฒนากระบวนการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุเทศบาลตำบลสำโรงพลัน อำเภอไพรบึง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ คือ มีการกลุ่มภาคีเครือข่ายในการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุเทศบาลตำบลสำโรงพลัน ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ คือ 1. มีงบประมาณสนับสนุน (Support) ในการพัฒนากระบวนการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุเทศบาลตำบลสำโรงพลัน อำเภอไพรบึง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ 2. บทบาทของคณะกรรมการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ (Role) บทบาทของภาคีเครือข่าย และ3 การมีส่วนร่วมของพหุภาคีเครือข่าย (Participation) หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ มีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบกิจกรรมโครงการที่เหมาะสม สอดคล้องกับการแก้ไขปัญหา
