Development Model for Network Partners Participation in Health Care for ElderlyGroup in Kanchan Sub-District Health Promoting Hospital, Dong Kammed Sub-District, Khukhan District, Sisaket Province

Abstract

This action research aim to study the development of the participation of Village Health Volunteers for the elderly care mode Khanjan Health promoting hospital Khukhan District Sisaket Province. The sample group consisted of Local government organizations, community leaders, elderly families, the director of Tambon health promoting hospitals and health worker a total 41 people. The research used the process of DEMMING CYCLE (PAOR) with 3 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 steps as follows: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data were analyze using collecting, categorizing, analyzing content and compared the mean difference of scores before and after using the paied t-test. The results showed that, creating a the development of the participation of Village Health Volunteers for the elderly care mode Khanjan Health promoting hospital Khukhan District Sisaket Province consisted of 1) Value 2) Health Literacy 3) Family Relationship 4) Care Giver 5) Basic Life Support) and 6) Networking. The results of the development of the participation of Village Health Volunteers for the elderly care mode Khanjan Health promoting hospital Khukhan District Sisaket Province showed that, the results of comparing differences in scores on knowledge of elderly health care, perception of elderly health care, attitude in elderly health care, and participation in practice in the experimental group were higher than before the experiment and then those in the control group with a statistical significant level at 0.05. From the results, the developed model increases the potential of village health volunteers in taking care of elderly health in Khanjan Health promoting hospital, Khukhan District, Sisaket Province achieved the goals set.

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายในการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดสังคมในเขตโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลกันจาน ตำบลดองกำเม็ด อำเภอขุขันธ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน ครอบครัวผู้สูงอายุ ประชาชน ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล และ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข รวม 41 คน การวิจัยใช้กระบวนการของ DEMMING CYCLE (PAOR) จำนวน 3 วงรอบ โดยแต่ละวงรอบประกอบด้วย ขั้นตอน 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้คือ การวางแผน การปฏิบัติ การสังเกต และการสะท้อนผล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการรวบรวม จัดหมวดหมู่ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และเปรียบเทียบผลต่างค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนก่อนและหลังใช้สถิติ paired t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายในการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดสังคมในเขตโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลกันจาน ตำบลดองกำเม็ด อำเภอขุขันธ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ คือ 1) การสร้างคุณค่า (Value) 2) ความรอบรู้ (Health Literacy) 3) ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัว (Family Relationship) 4) ผู้ดูแลในครอบครัว (Care Giver) 5) สิ่งสนับสนุนการดำรงชีพ (Basic Life Support) 6) เครือข่าย (Networking) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายในการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดสังคมในเขตโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลกันจาน ตำบลดองกำเม็ด อำเภอขุขันธ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ พบว่า หลังการทดลองกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีผลต่างคะแนนเฉลี่ยของความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ การรับรู้การดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดสังคม ทัศนคติในการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดสังคม และการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติงานสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 จากผลการวิจัยรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพิ่มศักยภาพภาคีเครือข่ายในการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดสังคมในเขตโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลกันจาน ตำบลดองกำเม็ด อำเภอขุขันธ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้
