Abstract

Mor Lam Soi Saw Noi Phet Ban Paeng is one of the northeastern-style forms of entertainment which is emphasized with the folk show. They have been enhancing the show by applying technology to become part of the show and aim to develop and facilitate the show. More than that, they have been broadcasting the show and making the show accessible to people in the current situation, the change of society was caused by the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Obviously, they earned the income from the Facebook live and still preserve Mor Lam among the change of society with the understanding of a new normal life context. As a content analysis was done, we can widely accept that Mor Lam Saw Noi Phet Ban Paeng is one of the best representatives of the northeastern-style forms of entertainment industry. Obviously, even during the pandemic, they can adjust the way they perform, compose and manage in order to handle the change of society to preserve the show and members with the understanding of a new normal life context.

วงหมอลำคณะสาวน้อยเพชรบ้านแพง เป็นวงหมอลำที่ ประสบผลสำเร็จในการนำศิลปะการแสดงพื้นบ้านหมอลำมาสร้างคุณค่าและมูลค่า โดยมีการนำเอาเทคโนโลยีมาพัฒนาและปรับใช้เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการทำการแสดง และเผยแพร่การแสดงพื้นบ้านหมอลำให้ผู้ชมเข้าถึงง่ายยิ่งขึ้นในสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมจากผลกระทบการแพร่ระบาดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (COVID-19) การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบทางการแสดงวงหมอลำคณะสาวน้อยเพชรบ้านแพง 2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการแสดงของวงหมอลำคณะสาวน้อยเพชรบ้านแพง ในบริบทวิถีชีวิตปกติใหม่ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางบริหารจัดการ ธุรกิจบันเทิงวงหมอลำคณะสาวน้อยเพชรบ้านแพงในบริบทวิถีชีวิตปกติใหม่ การวิจัยฉบับนี้ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้รู้ กลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติ และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั่วไป ได้แก่ นักวิชาการผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าควบคุมฝ่ายต่าง ๆ นักแสดง และประขาชนทั่วไป และนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบทางการแสดง ได้พัฒนาให้ดีขึ้นทุกปีตามความนิยมที่หลากหลายของผู้ชมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว มีการออกแบบการแสดงให้ผู้ชมทุกเพศ ทุกวัย สามารถรับชมการแสดงได้อย่างสนุกสนาน และเกิดความนิยมชมชอบ 2) รูปแบบการแสดง ในบริบทวิถีชีวิตปกติใหม่ มีความแตกต่างกันออกไป มีการรับเชิญศิลปินรับเชิญมาร่วมในการแสดง และเพิ่มการแสดงละครเพลงมาเล่นสลับกับลำเครื่องต่อกลอน เรื่องที่นำมาแสดงจะเป็นเรื่องที่เข้าใจได้ง่าย เช่น บุญประเพณี วรรณกรรมอีสาน เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในช่วงชีวิต 3) แนวทางบริหารจัดการธุรกิจบันเทิง ในบริบทวิถีชีวิตปกติใหม่ได้นำเอาเทคโนโลยีสื่อสังคมออนไลน์มาประกอบการใช้ในการดำเนินธุรกิจบันเทิงหมอลำ โดยจัดแสดงด้วยวิธีการเผยแพร่ภาพสด เป็นการสร้างรายได้และทำให้การแสดงหมอลำดำรงอยู่ได้ท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม ด้วยความเข้าใจในบริบทวิถีชีวิตปกตีใหม่ ด้วยเหตุนี้เองวงหมอลำคณะสาวน้อยเพชรบ้านแพงจึงเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีของธุรกิจบันเทิงหมอลำที่มีการปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการนำเสนอ วิธีการจัดการแสดง องค์ประกอบการแสดง และการบริหาสอดคล้องท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามสภาวการณ์ของสังคมเพื่อความอยู่รอดของคณะและสมาชิกศิลปินวงหมอลำ ด้วยวิธีการปรับรูปแบบการแสดงไปใช้แพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์เต็มรูปแบบ ด้วยความเข้าใจในบริบทวิถีชีวิตปกติใหม่
