Chuichai Angkattalai : Gender in the Artificial Performance Process of Jatuporn Rattanawaraha, National Artist

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the biographies of and the work of Jatuporn Rattanawaraha, a national artist 2) to study dancing inventions Chuichai Angkatthalai by Jatuporn Rattanawaraha, a national artist; 3) to study gender in dancing artifacts; Chuichai Angkatthalai by Jatuporn Rattanawaraha, National Artist The samples used in the research were: A group of 3 knowledgeable people, a group of 3 practitioners, and a group of 15 informants were selected by purposive sampling. The research tools were 1) a structured interview; 2) an interview. unstructured type 3) participant observation type The research results were presented by descriptive and analytical methods. The study found that Jatuporn Rattanawaraha played an important role in the Thai dance circle. Especially the role of the giant Khon show and is also responsible for transferring knowledge to dance artists, teachers, professors, students, as well as roles in the administration and development of the College of Dramatic Arts. Therefore, he is regarded as a teacher who is knowledgeable and capable and is accepted in Thai dancing arts circles. There are also creative works that express ideas. and advanced skills in the Glide Ang Talai series. which is a creation from the gender of Nang Ankatalai, who is a giant, but has a woman's demeanor and character By combining the dance moves of giants and females together until becoming a beautiful invention From the gender shown in the dancing process, the graceful Angkatalai show shows the knowledge and dance landscape that has been accumulated for a long time. and a design concept that combines the special characteristics of the characters with the advanced skills of Jatuporn Rattanawaraha, a national artist very well

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาชีวประวัติ และผลงานของจตุพร รัตนวราหะ ศิลปินแห่งชาติ 2) เพื่อศึกษานาฏยประดิษฐ์ ฉุยฉายอังกาศตไล ของจตุพร รัตนวราหะ ศิลปินแห่งชาติ 3) เพื่อศึกษาเพศสภาพในนาฏยประดิษฐ์ ชุดฉุยฉายอังกาศตไล ของจตุพร รัตนวราหะ ศิลปินแห่งชาติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้รู้จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติจำนวน 3 คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั่วไปจำนวน 15 คน โดยทำการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ชนิดมีโครงสร้าง 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ชนิดไม่มีโครงสร้าง 3) แบบสังเกตชนิดมีส่วนร่วม โดยนำเสนอผลการวิจัยด้วยวิธีการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า จตุพร รัตนวราหะ มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อวงการนาฏศิลป์ไทย โดยเฉพาะบาทบททางด้านการแสดงโขนยักษ์ และยังเป็นผู้ทำหน้าที่ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้แก่นาฏศิลปิน ครู อาจารย์ นักเรียน นักศึกษา อีกทั้งบทบาทในการบริหารพัฒนางานในวิทยาลัยนาฏศิลป จึงถือเป็นบรมครูผู้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ เป็นที่ยอมรับในวงการนาฏศิลป์ไทย นอกจากนี้ยังมีผลงานสร้างสรรค์ที่แสดงออกถึงแนวคิด และทักษะขั้นสูงในชุดฉุยฉายอังกาศตไล ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างสรรค์จากเพศสภาพของตัวละครนางอังกาศตไลที่เป็นยักษ์แต่มีกิริยาและจริตเป็นผู้หญิง ด้วยการผสมผสานกระบวนท่ารำของยักษ์และตัวนางเข้าด้วยกัน จนเกิดเป็นนาฏยประดิษฐ์ที่สวยงาม จากเพศสภาพที่ปรากฏในกระบวนนาฏยประดิษฐ์ชุดฉุยฉายอังกาศตไลแสดงให้เห็นถึงภูมิรู้และภูมิรำที่สั่งสมมาอย่างยาวนาน และแนวคิดการออกแบบที่ผสมผสานลักษณะพิเศษของตัวละครด้วยทักษะขั้นสูงของจตุพร รัตนวราหะ ศิลปินแห่งชาติ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
