Innovative Leadership Program of School Administrators under Vocational Education in Roi Et Province

Abstract

The proposes of this research were 1) to study the current state and desirable state of Innovative Leadership Program of School Administrators under Vocational Education in Roi Et Province 2) to develop the program to Innovative Leadership of School Administrators under Vocational Education in Roi Et Province. This research was separated into 2 phases. 1) to study the current state and desirable state of innovative Leadership of School Administrators under Vocational Education in Roi Et Province d 2) to develop Innovative Leadership Program of School Administrators under Vocational Education in Roi Et Province. The sample group were 214 teachers in vocational schools in Roi-et. Descriptive statistics used in this study were average, mainly percentage and modified priority needs index.

The results of the study revealed as the following:

1. The current state of Innovative Leadership of School Administrators under Vocational Education in Roi Et Province. It was at a high level (x̅ = 4.36, S.D. = 0.73). Sorted in descending order as follows: Risk Management, Innovative Organization, Ethical and verifiable, Team work and Participant, Vision to Change, Creativity. And the desirable condition of Innovative Leadership of School Administrators under Vocational Education in Roi Et Province. It was at a high level (x̅ = 4.57, S.D. = 0.66). Sorted in descending order as follows: Ethical and verifiable, Vision to Change, creativity, Innovative Organization, Risk Management.

2. Innovative Leadership Program of School Administrators under Vocational Education in Roi Et Province. The components of the program are: 1) Principles and rationale, including concepts, related theories, current conditions, problems and importance of Innovative Leadership. The goal that you want to achieve in the results of use the Innovative Leadership Program of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et. 3) Content scope structure consists of 4 modules as follows: Module 1 creativity Module 2 Vision to Change Module 3 Team work and Participant Module 4 Ethical and verifiable Module 5 Risk Management Module 6 Innovative Organization. Innovative Leadership Program of School Administrators under Vocational Education in Roi Et Province suitability and possibility average were at highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด 2. เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดการดำเนินการเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด จำนวน 214 คน สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.36, S.D. = 0.73) โดยเรียงจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ การบริหารความเสี่ยง บรรยากาศแห่งองค์กรนวัตกรรม การมีจริยธรรมและตรวจสอบได้ การทำงานเป็นทีมและมีส่วนร่วม การมีวิสัยทัศน์การเปลี่ยนแปลง ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.57, S.D. = 0.66) โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ การมีจริยธรรมและตรวจสอบได้ การมีวิสัยทัศน์การเปลี่ยนแปลง ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การทำงานเป็นทีมและมีส่วนร่วม บรรยากาศแห่งองค์กรนวัตกรรม การบริหารความเสี่ยง

2. โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด องค์ประกอบของโปรแกรม ได้แก่ 1) หลักการและเหตุผล ประกอบด้วย แนวคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพปัญหา และความสำคัญของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม 2) ความมุ่งหมาย ประกอบด้วย เป้าหมายที่ต้องการให้บรรลุผลในการใช้โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม 3) โครงสร้างขอบข่ายเนื้อหา ประกอบด้วย 6 Module ดังนี้ Module 1: การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ Module 2: ผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง Module 3: การทำงานเป็นทีมและมีส่วนร่วม Module 4: การมีจริยธรรมและตรวจสอบได้ Module 5: การบริหารความเสี่ยง Module 6: บรรยากาศแห่งองค์กรนวัตกรรม 4) วิธีการพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย การประเมินก่อนการพัฒนา การพัฒนา ประเมินหลังการพัฒนา 5) สื่อ และ 6) การวัดและการประเมินผล ความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
