The development of the guidelines for the academic administration in the educational opportunity expansion schools under the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study current conditions desirable conditions and priority needs index of academic administration in the educational opportunity expansion schools under the office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 2.2) design and evaluate academic administration guidelines in the educational opportunity expansion schools under the office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 2. The research was divided into 2 phases, Phase 1 to study current conditions, desirable conditions and priority needs index of academic administration. The sample group are school administrators and academic teachers total of 128 samples through stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was a current state and desirable state questionnaire. Phase 2 to design and develop guidelines for academic administration. The informants were school administrators and academic teachers with 3 best practice schools total of 6 persons, and 5 luminaries to assess the suitability and feasibility of guidelines. The research instruments were interview form, suitability and feasibility assessment form. Statistics used to analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The result of this research were found:

1. The current condition and desirable condition of academic administration in the educational opportunity extension school under the office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 2 overall are at a high level. The priority needs index of the academic administration arranged the necessary needs from low to high as follows: curriculum development, teaching and learning in schools, media development innovation and technology for education, educational supervision, assessment evaluation and transfer of academic performance.

2. The guidelines for academic administration in educational opportunity expansion schools under the office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 2 consisted of 5 aspects 15 guidelines. The guidelines suitability and feasibility overall were at highest levels.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจําเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 2) เพื่อออกแบบและประเมินแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 โดยการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูหัวหน้างานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา จำนวน 128 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ระยะที่ 2 ออกแบบและพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูหัวหน้างานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาที่มีแนวปฏิบัติเป็นเลิศ 3 แห่ง จำนวน 6 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิผู้ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ความต้องการจำเป็นของแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการ เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา และด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผลและดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน

2. แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน 15 แนวทาง มีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
