Problems of Educational Administration: Case study of Kasetwisai Industrial And Community Education College, Kasetwisai District, Roi-Et Province.

Abstract

This qualitative study aims to ascertain problems of the education administration and probe recommendations for the resolution. In-depth interview with semi-structural form of questionnaire was conducted for the case study of the Kasetwisai Industrial and Community Education College, Kasetwisai District, Roi-Et Province. The 25 people were selected as key informants for purposive sampling including three administrators, seven teachers, three college staff, seven students, and five parents. The study found that the educational problems of the Kasetwisai Industrial and Community Education College were caused by the financial and human resource administration. There are three recommendations for the college’s educational administration: 1) the government should allocate adequate educational budget for instructional media and educational equipment, 2) the college should have good financial management, and 3) for the effective educational administration and greatest benefit of the students, the college should assign the qualified teachers fitting the majors in need.

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการบริหารการศึกษา และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะต่อการบริหารการศึกษา ของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพเกษตรวิสัย อำเภอเกษตรวิสัย จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ ชนิดกึ่งโครงสร้างกับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล หลักที่เลือกแบบเจาะจง ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 3 คน ครู จำนวน 7 คน เจ้าหน้าที่ จำนวน 3 คน นักเรียนนักศึกษา จำนวน 7 คน ผู้ปกครองจำนวน 5 คน รวม 25 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาในการบริหารการศึกษา ของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพเกษตรวิสัย ที่พบคือ งานบริหารด้านการเงิน และงานบริหารด้านบุคลากร ข้อเสนอแนะต่อการบริหารการศึกษา ของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพเกษตรวิสัย คือ ทางราชการควรสนับสนุนสื่อการเรียนการสอน ครุภัณฑ์ โดยการจัดสรรงบประมาณให้เพียงพอสำหรับการจัดการศึกษา และควรบริหารจัดการงบประมาณที่ได้รับให้เหมาะสม ควรมีการบรรจุแต่งตั้งครูผู้สอนให้ตรงตามวิชาเอกที่ขาดแคลน เพื่อให้การบริหารการศึกษามีประสิทธิภาพ และเพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อตัวผู้เรียน
