Educational Institute Management Model by using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract

This research aims to research 1) to study the composition. Indicators and guidelines for management the school to success 2) to study the current state, desired state, and needs in the educational management using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission 3) to develop the educational management model using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission 4) to assess the educational management model using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. Researchers use (Research and Development) to answer research questions to cover research objectives dividing the research into 4 phases, are phase 1, study of components for management educational institutions to success. Phase 2, to study the current state, desired state, and needs in the educational management using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission Phase 3, Development of educational management model using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission and Phase 4 Assessment of the educational management model using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission.

The research found that:

1. Study results of the management of educational institutions to the success of the King from 5 schools 4 components: 1) Academic Management using King’s Science 2) Budgeting Management using King’s Science 3) Human Resources Management using King’s Science 4) General Management using King’s Science.

2. Study result the current state, desired state, and needs in the educational management using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission found that the current state in the educational management using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission total in the Medium (x̅ = 3.35) and needs from more to less is 1. General Management using King’s Science 2. Human Resources Management using King’s Science 3. Budgeting Management using King’s Science 4. Academic Management.

3. Development results of the educational management model using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission consists of 2 steps. Step 1 the results of the creation of the educational management model according to King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission Get the school management model according to King’s Science. It consists of 4 important parts as follows: 1) important and objectives of the educational management model using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission Part 2 the educational management model using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission and Part 3 development process the educational management model using King’s Science under the Office of the Basic Education Commission and 4 Measurement and evaluation. การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายการวิจัยเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสู่ความสำเร็จ 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 3) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 4) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) เพื่อตอบคำถามการวิจัยให้ครอบคลุมวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย โดยแบ่งการดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบ การบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสู่ความสำเร็จ ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ระยะที่ 3 การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และระยะที่ 4 การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสู่ความสำเร็จตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชาจาก 5 โรงเรียน จำนวน 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา 2) การบริหารงานงบประมาณตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา 3) การบริหารงานบุคคลตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา 4) การบริหารงานทั่วไปตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา

2. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̅ = 3.35) และลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้ดังนี้ ลำดับที่ 1 การบริหารงานทั่วไปตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา ลำดับที่ 2 การบริหารงานบุคคลตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา ลำดับที่ 3 การบริหารงานงบประมาณตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา ลำดับที่ 4 การบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา ตามลำดับ

3. ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบไปด้วย 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ผลการสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามศาสตร์พระราชา ประกอบไปด้วย 4 ส่วนสำคัญ ดังนี้ 1) บทนำ ประกอบด้วย ความเป็นมา ความสำคัญ และวัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ส่วนที่ 2 รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และส่วนที่ 3 กระบวนการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และส่วนที่ 4 การวัดประเมินผล ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ตามมาตรฐานการประเมิน โดยมีการประเมิน ทั้งหมด 4 มาตรฐาน โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 12 คน พบว่า ความเป็นประโยชน์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านความเป็นไปได้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านความเหมาะสม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านความถูกต้อง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ถือว่านำไปใช้ได้

4. การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยการประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่มีต่อรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักศาสตร์พระราชา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมพบว่า มีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.49)
