Abstract: | The Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang is a famous grotto art heritage in China, and is famous all over the world for its unique artistic style and rich cultural connotation. As an important part of the Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang, the Flying pattern has a unique shape and symbolic meaning, and is one of the important elements in traditional Chinese art. In recent years, with the rapid development of animation creation and the attention of cultural heritage protection, introducing the flying patterns of Luoyang Longmen Grottoes into animation creation has become an eye-catching research field. This article aims to review the application and exploration of the flying patterns of Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang in animation creation, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the integration of traditional art and modern animation.
Research background and motivation:
